Perfect location ”
We had the queen spa suite. The room was well cared for and very clean. The set up was very nice and comfortable. The only complaint we could come up with was that the bathroom didn’t have a door of its own. There was one door that lead to the area with the bathroom then the bedroom door so if you needed soemthing from the bedroom and someone was using the bathroom then you had to wait for them to finish up. Otherwise it was very spacious with great views. Lots of bird life out by the bedroom window which was fine for us but possibly annoying for others that would like a bit less nature noise :) I would definitely book here again

We stayed in a Queen Spa Suite! Huge one bedroom apartment, very clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen. We arrived just before 6pm reception closure and Kayleen at reception was so friendly, very helpful and answered all our questions. After a long day on the road, it was so nice to jump into the spa bath! Perfect location right across from the beach, convenient to restaurants, cafes and shops. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

One of the best bay front villa we have stayed!”
Loved the double storey villa with 2 large bedrooms with attached bathrooms complete with own living room and well equipped kitchenette. Convenience store was just across the street. Stayed there for 5 nights while exploring the region of Grampians, Warrnbool. Villa was well built especially when there was storm at night during winter. It was restful place and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our family had enjoyed our stay.

Easy check in and friendly service. Very clean and nicely done up room. The bathtub with the heater lights r great. Hairdryers, ironing board and iron r provided. Easy parking right at the door of your villa. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use. The view is beautiful as we got the sea view unit, we are looking into port Campbell beach. The room is located behind so u will not hear the traffic which is great. Best location to stay in port Campbell. Just a note that there are some flies outside so do keep the net doors closed to prevent them from flying into your villa. The bed is a little soft but not that bad.

Great Location”
Located directly across the road from the beach and close to all the eateries in Port Campbell, the Sea Foam Villas was the perfect location for us with young children. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. It was a great place to escape to and look forward to going back again soon.

If you are doing The Great Ocean Road then this is the perfecr place to start .. such a great location and the apartment was very clean .. exactly what we were after for the one night .. i would love to have had more time there as the beach looked lovely

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. Located metres from the beach, everything is on your doorstep. Port Campbell National Park is a few minutes drive.

Really nice place to stay. Close to a magnificent beach. The sunsets are amazing. A great little town with good cafes and options for dinner. The town has a relaxed feel and we enjoyed our stay at Sea Foam Villas.
