Weekend get away”
Pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was and being on the 5th floor which is their top floor was perfect. Next time I'm bringing my instant pot, the room had a nice size stove , sink and fridge, which I didn't use. Having previously lived in PCB for 10 years I was very familiar to the area, far enough away from the "tourist" down at Pier Park yet close enough to get to restaurants and shops .

Here only for a night which is disappointing. This place is great! Everything about it. The beds are super comfy and if we needed the little kitchen, it was here! Room is spacious and made for a long term stay. Definitely recommend.

We had a first floor room. The pool was right outside our patio, then the beach access. We had to pay a $61 resort fee at check inn that we weren't expecting. But we had a kitchen area with a full size fridge. The beds were comfortable. Saw a few roaches. The staff were nice and helpful.

The room was great!! And, the added bonus of a kitchen saved us money as we were able to make breakfast ourselves. Love the fact we were beachfront and far enough away from the larger hotels. It was almost like having our own private beach. Will definitely be looking at staying here on our next trip.

The Hot Water in the Bathtub Could Have Been Hotter. The Microwave Wasn't Cleaned And The Pots And Pans Could Have Been Replaced. Everything Else Was A Plus

Great stay!”
Staff was friendly and accommodating, great location, layout was nice. There was a hair in the shower upon arrival and the elevator is a little terrifying passing 2nd floor. But overall we will definitely stay again!

The room was fine, however we went to spend some time at the pool area and the chairs were falling apart. The ice machine was broken & something else was out of order, but I can't remember what.

Don’t Stay Here!”
I am thoroughly disappointed in my stay here. This place is very deceptive! Starting with the old pictures they have on their site of the facilities. The parking is horrible and cramped. Not to mention the hideous eyesore of construction that’s taking place across the street.The building is old and falling apart. Every time I left my room to go out the keycard wouldn’t work when I returned and I had to go to the office to be let in. FRUSTRATING!The rooms are outdated. Nothing is new or even clean! I even had spiders and flying insects in my room! The bathroom was disgusting and the ceiling was falling in. I didn’t even want to wash in the tub because of this weird stains and defects. This is NOT A REAL RESORT. More like MOTEL 6. But yet they charge you a daily resort fee. They wouldn’t change my room or even try to make Things right for the horrible experience I had on my anniversary weekend! The manager didn’t even bother to contact me about my concerns. Take your business somewhere else and save yourself a major headache!

Listen to the reviews , I didn’t and lost a day of my vacation . Room was confirmed & money taken from account . Drove 9 hours and no room. Desk guy just said it was canceled, yet booking csr on phone said it was confirmed go talk to hotel again - I did & desk guy shrugged his shoulders and that was it . Didn’t bother to try to call booking , not a sorry , nothing. Even after I got customer service on phone myself in office he wouldn’t talk to them . He told me they were booked up no room and my room was canceled and that was it. Other people were at desk complaining to him about being double charged . There was a festival so no hotels anywhere . Save yourself some grief and stay away from this place . Something very shady seems to be going on here with the booking at this hotel.

My Daughter and I ”
We need a girls trip together. It was last minute so we look through and pick Sugar Sands. So happy we did!!! She(19years old) love it and I (39) loved it. Step out to the beach and can step in room for lunch. Not in the crowd but 2 mins down the road from that life style. It's just the perfect place to stay. Family, couples, etc. Everyone was so nice and room was so clean. Room service comes in everyday.

The hotel says it has a hot tub. It is filled in. The hotel needs some renovations. It is a bit run down. Also, parking is really really tight. They have put too many spots in one area. We looked around and for $10-20 more, we could have stayed closer to town and had many more amenities. I definitely think the price should have been lower for what you get.
