July Weekend”

If you like to be close to the beach with sea view- this is the hotel to be not to mention if a person likes jogging or keeping fit,this hotel is ideal. However if you prefer comfort, value for money,professonalism-There are definately other hotels that offers better value.The room taken extremely uncomfortable,bathroom had a bad stench,the covers in the outlet taken out leaving a bad stench which was not checked before we occupied.Has to call maintenance team to check & cover the outlet properly.The shower when opened, water poured thru the door hence had to keep towels on the floor to prevent flooding.To stop this problem, had to turn the shower nozzle facing the wall which was an inconvenience.Overall disappointing however better options exist with hotels in close proximity offering better value for money.

Five star should have robes and disposable slippers this is same as any 3 star hotel

Disappointed ”

Firstly it was my fiances birthday I expected everything to be to the teaaaaaaaa.... Staff at frnt desk are helpful bt the rooms are not so grand i expected alittle more out of it 1st the room was on the 5th floor... At night you can hear maintenance which made it extremely hard to slp this was continued for the 3nights I really didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel and definitely won't be back... Asked for an iron to be delivered to my room which nva came.. Food was okay bt the seating arrangements not up to standard...

I like this hotel but their method of payment is not right. Let them improve their system as Agoda told me to pay directly with the property but the even refuse to send an invoice to pay by EFT as the comapny was paying fo this booking.

I wasn't happy at all, we were given a dirty room”

Not great, did not get a warm welcome wasn't even told where to find what at the reception, like where to dine or breakfast or what time it starts or end.

Sunsquare Experience”

Felt the room was very small and congested in comparison to other hotels I've stayed in with standard rooms. There was no toiletries in the room. The room was not replenished daily unless I requested. Otherwise the staff were great.

WOnderful trip to Durban”

The stay at Suncoast Durban was marvelous. I had a wonderful time at the suncoast hotel with the beach and the casino. The rooms and staff were clean and very cordial. The food was very delicious and cooked as per the requirements.
