Staff a bit lack of English communication hope she learn more basic english in the future / No Response by inbox in Agoda even I use Google Translate to Japanese / There is no front desk or intercom at the door to contact with stuff you need to call by use local operator mobile phone only may cause some problem to someone who didn't use roaming mobile phone or sim card but... location in the city + The room are very clean + kitchen + washing machine + dryer machine with no addition charge.

Pretty nice”
You have to pick up the keys at another building, but besides that, it is pretty nice. Having both a washer and a dryer is very convenient. The bathroom is very small, and there is no space around the sink to put anything. There is no cooking/eating utensils, unlike similar vacation apartments. I received mail without problem at that address (the mail was in the mailbox at the entrance, no key needed)

There’s no free parking, and the parking directly downstairs resets the clock at midnight, so the max overnight charge is 1000yen. You can apparently park at times across the road for 500yen overnight if there’s space though. The owner is pretty nice, but his English is not very good, so communication was a bit difficult. The rooms were nice though. Very good value for the price. The main negative is that the hotel is very far away from the monorail, but I guess that’s why the price is low.

It was ok”
I stayed there for to weeks for the discounted price so I am kind of satisfied. Good thing is I could get enough of fresh towels anytime, however overall cleanliness was kind of poor. Dirty windows, stained curtains, shelves with mildew in the bathroom, dusty TV stand... Stuff is very outgoing and helpful. Especially Gima-san at the reception.

Reception is not in the same building and it was hard to find. Area is a little shady. Room was excellent with own little kitchen (except there is no kitchenware) and a balcony.

Great location and price BUT... ANTS AND UNCLEAN!”
Great location and price, BUT THERE WERE ANTS EVERYWHERE IN MY ROOM! The checkin procedure is actually in another building, which I feel should be clarified more. There were so many ants EVERYWHERE in my room! But because it was past midnight when I got back and the reception was in an entirely different building, I could not get help. There was no phone in my room either. There were ants on the bed too! As i slept, i squashed a few!! This room is not mopped, i can tell due to the stains on the floor which couldve easily been removed with a good mop. Cleaning is BADLY DONE. I contacted Agoda support but all they could do was call the reception to let them know. But still nothing. When i woke up the next morning I left as fast as I could. Couldnt even let anybody know because no reception!

unthinkable affordable at around ¥1,700 plus a ¥1,000 GO-TO coupon; stable wifi; a bit old and shabby; inconsistent cleanness of the room, washer, and dryer; in the middle of an indecent area, far from stations.

It's been around for some years and shows wearing, but the staff are apparently making better maintenance. On the other hand, the WiFi was considerably slower than my last stay there.

Laundry machine needs a comprehensive cleaning. It's got years of dust and goos. Clothing dryer and sills were clean. Got a reliable WiFi. Sofa was shabby.

Still a reasonable stay but with waning value”
For the last couple of stays, their laundry washer & dryer were better kept, despite that the hotel itself is getting old, of course. However, this time, I got a room with all fusty and dusty laundromat again. I needed to clean as much as possible by myself. Besides, it seems like their WiFi connection is getting poorer and poorer; it was quite relaible until the last several times; but it has got very slow at night just as other Mr. Kinjo locations.

Very affordable but...”
The place is getting older and older. It was fine several years ago. Now, it is wearing out quite a bit. They are not minutely maintaining the room, especially the laundry machine, wash dryer, sills, etc. And place is quite a walk from the bus terminal or any station; is surrounded by indecent porn salons. 数年前は良かったが、積年の汚れは否めず。特に洗濯機の隅や乾燥機の集塵フィルター、窓の桟など。GoToトラベル＋地域共通クーポンで、実質1000円以下だったので、文句を言う筋合いではないだろうが。

Quite a walk from monorail but new & clean room”
Far from the monorail. No facility to keep baggages after check out. The room is clean and big. Good washing and dryer machine. The lobby is not the same location. Have to walk to Mr.Kinjo in Naha to check-in.

Can’t believe that this apartment is on the market because the condition is really bad... Is there no minimum standard in Japan? Who controls the offers? It should be closed because the cleanliness is a nightmare... Noisy... Not safe... Sagging mattress... Information mostly only in Japanese...

Far away from the monorail station.”
Far away from the monorail station, needs to walk around 20min from the monorail station. It is difficult to find the hotel, since it is located in a quite congested living area, although the hotel is quite good in cleaniness and quite new with a two seater soda.
