worth the stay”
Travelled with my husband and 13 y/o daughter to Baguio and i was looking for an affordable hotel with aircon just to be sure. Booked their premiere room for 3N (around 14k), and it was an excellent choice. We stayed at room 307 with balcony; the view was fantastic. I'm very particular with beds, and toilet and bath- and i can truly say that they passed my standard haha they did not scrimp on the fixtures. The water pressure is also very good. Room is big and clean (just like in the photos), the sheets doesn't smell. Staff were accommodating; our requests were provided promptly. Breakfast at King Chef is okay if you're into chinese food however service is quite slow sometimes. There are good restos nearby though. Hotel is less than a kilometer away by foot from Burnham Park but ready your legs because SLOPE. There are passing cabs in the area so no worries on your commute. Positive reviews of this hotel are def true! Highly recommended for your stay in Baguio.

3rd stay with Orchard Hotel”
truly one of the most comfortable hotels that I've stayed in. From parking to room features, this hotel is a plus factor for those who would like to relax and "disconnect" after being cooped up for more than a year due to the pandemic. Special mention to house keeping staff who were very helpful and attentive to concerns, the room is also well-maintained and cleaned. Also, special mention to Jenny and Lala who were very accommodating and pleasant to speak with, they were "smiling with their eyes". Just a minor concern about the approval of QTPs, in our party of 5, only 1 was approved within the span of 2 days, I had to call the hotel 2 days prior to our arrival to ask about the QTPs of the rest. As it turns out, it was overlooked by hotel staff(which lead me to think, what would have happened if I just waited and not called the hotel?). Overall, had a pleasant 4 days in Baguio, kudos to the staff of Orchard hotel!

Great place to stay!”
We booked a room without a balcony and got upgraded to a room with a view and a balcony! Yay! Our stay has been sweet. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Really loved the hotel's sheets! (very crisp!). Rooms are exactly what you see in their photos! Love the hotel's ambience too! My parents loved it especially the instagrammable nooks and walls. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! They really made the extra effort to make you feel comfortable. Excellent service! Hotel is very accessible too! I love that it is on the quieter side of the city. We also loved the breakfast, but we would have preferred to have brewed coffee instead of milk tea. Maybe next time you can also offer traditional breakfast? Thank you, Orchard Hotel Baguio! We will surely come back!

Nice hotel - worth its price”
The hotel is relatively new. It’s a almost a kilometer away from Burnham Park and it’s near Marcos highway. The location is a plus for us because we didn’t want to get stuck in the city traffic of Baguio. Love the interiors of the hotel - really show how boutique the hotel is. The room we had was clean! It wasn’t too big nor too small, just enough for two with spaces to move around. King Chef is just at the ground floor of the hotel and again, this is a plus for us because we love King Chef and dimsums! The free breakfast was also served in King Chef - choice of noodle soup, congee, or rice, all served with coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely go back. :)

5-star experience but still within the budget”
We booked 2 rooms for a weekend stay in Baguio. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean!They provided complimentary toiletries,tea, coffee, and 2 bottled waters. All the staff were very courteous and friendly. The free breakfast buffet is superb, too! Their location is within a reasonable distance, which is almost a 10 minute walk to Burnham park but you can easily hail a taxi if you don't like to walk. Overall, we got our money's worth and more. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Baguio.

One of the best place to stay in Baguio”
All the staff and personnel are very courteous, attentive and helpful. The service is prompt and precise. The lobby is simple yet elegant and very welcoming. I love all the furnishing of the room especially the tiles used on the walls and the bathroom. It adds to the clean and relaxing ambience of the room. Though I'm a bit disappointed with the balcony because it"s so small and the view is not really pleasant to the eyes. But all in all it's still one of the best hotel in Baguio at a reasonable price too.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We got the premier room which provided us with a stunning view of the city. The room, including the CR, was very clean. Buffet breakfast is available during weekends. When dining at That Little Cafe, choose the table nearest the window for a good view of the pine trees and the city. Location is walking distance from Burnham Park and near several food establishments and convenience stores. We highly consider staying here again when we visit Baguio.

Discover This Hidden Gem in Baguio Before Others Do!”
I would describe The Orchard’s feel and decor as an “urban cottage.” Service was fantastic, from staff all the way up to ownership. Great people all around. Even the Chinese restaurant and included breakfast were very good. As a family that travels frequently, I certainly appreciated the attention that was put on not only the decor of the room and hotel, but more importantly, on conveniences such as USB ports, HD channels, and tons of electrical outlets. You definitely get more value for your money at The Orchard than you would at most other hotels. In fact, this hotel is right across the street from The Holiday Inn, but much more worth it. I definitely plan on returning to The Orchard and recommending the hotel to all my friends and family. Stay here before it becomes a known gem instead of a hidden one!

Excellent stay”
We had an excellent stay at Orchard. The hotel is very clean, with adequate amenities (esp. the AC) and very friendly and accommodating staff. It is also comparatively quiet compared to the hotels along major roads. It's not far from the centre of Baguio, though; it's accessible, just about 7 or so minutes from the bus terminal. Besides, the restaurant downstairs is a bonus :-)

We stayed here for a night and the service were great! They assist you with your luggage, the staffs are friendly and polite. Queuing for check-in is a hassle free. their room and bathroom is clean and having a split type aircon in the room is a plus! This hotel will definitely be our go to hotel every time we go to baguio

My family together with family friends stayed in The Orchard Hotel for 2 nights. Their staff are very pleasant. Beddings are comfortable and the linens are very crisp. The place is very well kept. Great breakfast buffet. This is the second time we booked in this hotel. The Orchard Hotel is highly recommended.

Baguio's freshest hotel right now”
Its location is great because it's in the city center. Very accessible to major attractions via taxi or just walking. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Fresh and definitely modern. Very accommodating staff and service too. Breakfast is quite limited because it's Chinese cuisine. It's very filling and delicious nonetheless. The hotel is not yet completely finished. There would be a couple of building and construction work inside. You'll be given a disclaimer upon checking in. We didn't mind as the work is mostly done when we're outside. We'd definitely come back. Gear value for the money.

We arrived Jan. 16, almost 2 pm.. wala naman delays, nakapagcheckin agad kami. Staff are professional and accommodating. We booked premier room. Maganda! :) very cozy.. though we had little issues like mejo maingay yung aircon pag naka-on ang fan.. super crisp ng blankets kaya mejo maingay, so if you are a light sleeper like me may mga kasamang malikot matulog, mejo mahirap matulog ng derecho . Hehe. Toilet heater is good, towels are clean. They replaced the towels and cleaned the room nung 2nd day namin. Location, medyo mahabang lakarin if you plan to go to market, or dun sa mga busy streets ng Baguio. Pero I like this location kasi mas tahimik. Buffet breakfast na pala dito! Yung mga previous reviews kasi na nabasa ko, plated meal lang. So it is a very good improvement! We enjoyed breakfast! In summary, we enjoyed our stay. And thank you Agoda because we had a good discount and hassle free booking! :)

Great hotel!”
We stayed for 3 nights here and it was superb. They upgraded our room for free and we love our room, it was very spacious and the most important thing is that they have an AC. Also, the Chinese breakfast was great. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The location is great too. It’s near the burnham park and session road. I like how they provide also a parking space in the basement which is important too. We will definitely stay again here if we ever going back to Baguio.

CNY 2020 Break”
The Orchard Hotel is a treasure-find. It has almost new structure, polite and efficient staff, very clean room, fine breakfast buffet and other hotel facilities. The location is just right, a walk distance or short taxi-ride to all the main attractions in and around Baguio. Highly recommend and would definitely be my 1st choice on my next visit to the City of Pines.

Staffs were very friendly, clean rooms and toilet. Overall we’re really satisfied with their service. The only negative we can give is the noise from other room, you can hear them talking and laughing which gives no privacy. But hey, friendly staff + nice facilities + perfect location = perfect hotel you can stay with.

I’ve always booked this hotel whenever I went to Baguio and is never disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting the city. Friendly staff (will assist you in every possible way they can), clean / comfortable rooms, complete vanity supplies and delicious food— especially at their restaurant (“That Little Cafe”).

Great Bang for Your Buck”
As an American, it only cost me about $78 to get a very nice room. They put a lot of effort into their room design. Also I had a balcony which was super cool. The best part about staying at Orchard in my opinion tho is the restaurant they have on the 6th floor called “That Little Cafe”, the food is the bomb, the portions are big and the prices are great. Also they have an awesome rooftop deck up there with some beautiful views!
