Worth it and clean”
From the start when we reach , the bell boy, reception i received upgrade room for the 1st tome, the room clealiness, comfy , nice view with balcony, I like the small attention they have such as place to hang towel and wet cloth very comfortable .Dinner at Prego with all nice staff esp Syah he slowly explains on the menu and which one nice to choose.The pool also suitable for kids and adult and relaxing. Beach is very near and also clean. Everything is nice here and I cant wait to repeat. I also ask all my colleagues to try stay at Westin. This is my first excited comment about a stay after so many years and frequent stay in other establish hotel.

First time in Desaru”
Stayed 3d2n here, thought want to add 1 more day but fully booked, sure will come again. The location is good, the beach is superb. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly, helpful. The in room dining (24 hours), the menu are various, tried few and taste is awesome and price is reasonable. Food presentation is nice. Plenty of parking spaces, security is good & feel safe staying here. The environment, the lobby, everything is good. My 3d2n stay, I don't see the downside of this hotel, surely will visit again in next couple of months.

Excellent stay!”
Love the privacy + the quietness of the place. Spent our anniversary @ Westin and we were delighted that we got upgraded to a Premier room with sea view. Our room was nicely decorated with towels molded into swan and we got a surprise wedding cake too! I'd like to thank Agnes, Prapoo, Shermaine and the whole team for making our stay wonderful, such a warm and welcoming staff! Love the gorgeous sea view, big spacious room, cleanliness of the hotel and super delicious breakfast buffet! Keep up the good job!!

Heavenly resort/beach which brings you to paradise”
I have never came across a resort/beach which giving services just like a paradise in Johor Bahru! Finally this is the first ever place in jb! Firstly, the staff from valet to reception, even in the whole hotel, are greatly welcome our arrival by providing international services. Secondly, the private beach with especially for the guest, the extremely clear blue ocean mixed with green colour, the sandy beach which you must walk with barefoot! Thirdly, the variety food that serve from the restaurant till the beach bar, are specially made frok fresh after the ordered, although meed to wait for a while, but the good things always worth for the wait! The buffet was being served international kind of cuisine, can keep you full amd satisfied till evening! The seaview room will definitely give you the feel of paradise while the first thing you wake up from the bed! Get ready your beach wear, beach vacay mindset, relaxing your whole self in this resort, you will never regret, will return again

Magnificent hospitality”
Highly recommend...Everything beyond great, been taken a very good care from the entrance until check-out! Every staff with superp pro services. Especially the front desk receptionists, she show everywhere with elucidate... Spectacular Room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast and lunch was superb. Every views are nice, every inches is clean, even the smoking area. Awesome facilities, Compare with other five star, this one is best of the best I ever try! Definitely come again

Was impressed with the staff friendliness and efficiency ”
I had a wonderful time here. The hotel and the surrounding area is beautiful. My room had a great view of the beach which is 2 mins away from the hotel. The private beach is clean and well maintained. The hotel’s staff super professional and friendly at the same time. I just wish the restaurant had a weekend buffet dinner instead just on Friday night.

A Hidden Gem ”
Completely surprised and delighted. All of the staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help. We had a truly wonderful stay. AJ at the front desk is awesome and Prego for Italian food is the best Italian I’ve had outside of Italy - so surprised! Malaysian food on property is also great. The Beach is very clean and the waves just powerful enough to be fun and not dangerous. Highly recommend.

Impeccable Service Staff, New and Clean Hotel”
Staffs were friendly and always putting on a bright smile. Coupled with extremely good service. Prompt in taking reasonable requests and making sure you are satisfied during your stay. Rooms are large, clean and well equipped. Beach view and walking distance. Good breakfast and many activities for all age group. Peaceful and quiet at the same time. Well worth the money spent.

Very good stay but some improvements due”
Had a wonderful stay here with the extremely comfortable room and bed with good ambience. Unfortunately there is not much vegetarian food options and house keeping takes time (right up to 3pm) and our room was not cleaned properly till I raised a complaint and the housekeeping sept manager came to clean the room. There was also oil spill at the beach and we were not informed, when I got into the water I had oil stains all over my body and I developed rashes due to it.

Excellent choice for a relaxing getaway ”
Big room with the view of the hard rock hotel. Just right at the beach front with a small but cozy beach bar. A definite quiet place for someone who craves for some me time alone. Tried the massage service at the spa centre, overall good experience with a jacuzzi pool and a steam room in bathroom, you are served with tea after the massage with a place to relax. Buffet dinner however is a bit pricey for the spread it offers. Wanted to try The Prego but was told full house for the long weekend we were there. Booking in advance is absolutely recommended if you would like to try that out. Really love the services from their staff overall. I injured my leg and was attended to with care by the people at the reception.

Great stay”
The resort hotel was great, living up to the Westin name. We booked 2 rooms and 1 room had a problem with the air conditioning but we were upgraded to a better room instead. Facilities was good. Beach was a step a way. Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Shuttle was provided for a ride and sightseeing around Desaru coast area.

Delightful stay! ”
This must have been one of the best local holiday! From the exceptional room and sea view to the beach and swimming pool - so good!! The beach itself rather clean, the beach cafe and then the gorgeous waves and sunrise. Only down was the breakfast area was a little crowded with current SOP - suggest offer room service for those who may want breakfast in less than crowded area.

Best hospitality and delicious food”
This is my second time here , stayed 4 days 3 nights this hotel never fail to impress me. Good services, very friendly star, fast response, sparkling clean, very tasty breakfast wide variety and lunch by the beach (credit to all the chef! ) i will come here at least once a year. Keep up the good job! Thank you we really had a good time.

Great resort to enjoy holidays”
My family and I are enjoying our holiday in the Westin Hotel Desaru Coast Resort, front desk officers are polite and well explained. Hotel room cleanliness is very good and even the balcony. No sand on the floor, chair and bed sheet which i worry the most. Beach is clean no rubbish found on that day. I definitely will come back again.

The perfect family getaway”
We are a family with young children. The hotel is clean and neat. Spacious and can fit an extra bed with a baby cot. The breakfast spread was also superb. The location is perfect and the beach is also nice. Would highly recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a beach holiday and to relax.

Holiday stay”
We stayed for 2 nights in the sea view room. Our stay was very pleasant and the staff was helpful in the checkin process. Room was clean and well made. Food at the restaurants were superb as well. Only gripe was the weather which unfortunately prevented us from enjoying the beach

Great Hotel with awesome view”
We stayed in premiere sea view room and the view is awesome. It's really breathtaking when you hear the sound of wave when relaxing in the room. We also enjoyed the sunrise view. Great facilities with attentive staff. Private beach is nice. The sandy beach that you must walk! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We also received a complimentary anniversary cake from the hotel. Thank you for the great hospitalities.
