Nice place to stay very quite place but a good ambience, far from burham Park almost 150 by taxi but very near mansion house ,Wright Park almost 54pesos taxi , place is on tOP cold area , staff are nice very accommodating, I saw other rooms very huge for big groups ..

Highly Recommedable”
If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, we recommend this place. It very clean and the attendant was very approachable during our stay. However, the hot shower machine doesn't work properly. The transportation wise was pretty expensive as no local transportation going to the city proper. We always take a cab in all our destinations back and fort. Overall rate, 7 stars our of 10.

The place is good. The kids enjoyed the wooden swing and horse. The adults liked the wooden tables and chairs, and the big terrace where todlers were free to run and play, and the city view from the terrace is great. The way to the place is confusing but its better to coordinate with tiptop admin for better guidance on how to reach the place. 😊

We had a great time staying in tiptop vacation homes.We would like just to comment for some improvements like the cr flush is not functioning and the sliding door in the cr and windows are broken then my son while on shower the water went off . We like the place because of the beautiful views .Our room is ok for big groups like us . No cockroach but my daughter saw an insect in the kitchen counter . The owner accomodated us well when we want to transfer to another room because of the smell of the paint reaching our room but we opted to stay she just fixed our main concern .

Filthy”
When we arrived at 7pm, the room assigned to us was not yet clean. The attendant said she will cleab it first BUT, she did not replace the blanket and bed sheet. She left the room with the trash from the previous visitor. This was booked and paid full but we decided to leave and stay on a different hotel, who knows what happen to that bed sheet! You can keep my money but we will definitely not staying. Thank you!

So sorry you did not have the patience to wait for the attendant to take instructions. We had allowed a late check out of the departing guest as we were expecting you to come later or not at all, and had planned to upgrade you to a larger unit if you arrived, since we were not particularly busy that night. Our apologies for the fact that the attendant had not been adequately briefed. For your intormation we NEVER hand accommodation over to a guest in filthy condition, and always, but always, change bed linens and blankets before every check-in.

We came late at night (9pm) and there is no counter for us to check in . I went to all floors in search for life but could not find one. All the rooms appear uninhabited. No lights peering out in any of the rooms. Plain darkness. There was no sign of life at 9pm! I shouted several times before a living person showed up. He just gave me a key to a room and that's it. The place has a very good view of the city though in the balcony area. But on the 3 days of our stay, we only saw one couple on the least day. The room has always been damp. The toilet sink was clogged. They never cleaned our room on the 3 days we stayed there. We saw the care taker at least on the last day for a few seconds. We just left the keys in the room before we left the hotel .... in wonder and amazement as to how a business could ever be run that way.

Firstly, this is not a hotel, so dont expect warm greetings upon arrival. If you want a silent place for you to stay, this is not a place for you. Dog barks loudly at night. Never leave your shoes/sandals/slippers outside the room. Dogs roam around freely and it might "play" with your stuff. I learned it the hard way. The owner promised to put that as a reminder to guests moving forward.

Terrible Management and Zero Client Care”
I will highly not recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to visit Baguio. We arrived at 9 PM and were given a dirty room with molds in the ceiling. The room also did not have any tissues or towels and did smell really bad. I complained to the person in charge and I was told that we have to upgrade and pay 5500 a night for the other room. She had absolutely no way to contact the manager in charge that night. I had to leave and look for another hotel to stay. I messaged the management in the morning asking for a refund and the owner refused to do so because she believes that we left because of the fact that there was no aircon in the room. She also told us that we were given the upgrade option for free but we were never given that choice. I tried to explain to her my side of the story but she refused to believe me and was very disrespectful. She doesn't seem to understand why I was so upset. She even insulted me in his last message via Agoda Messaging.

With respect, this is a total mis-statement. The only issue raised was the lack or airconditioning, which we consider unreasonable as none of our units have this. Guest arrived late wthout making arrangements fior late checkin, but we always provide towels and tissue to Agoda guests. Our staff insists she offered a free upgrade, no reason to doubt her as she knows this is our standard practice when not busy. Black marks on the ceiling where mould was removed, awaiting repainting after heavy rains, were a trivial excuse for complaint. The owner lives nearby and was contactable, our staff chose not to disturb her with a guest whose manner she considered rude and unpleasant from the outset. We regret that, and have asked our staff not to make such a decision in future, if only so as to remove any possible dispute of events.
Terrible Customer Service”
No reply from inquiries. Called and informed that we are going to arrive soon. The contact person is not on the place and said she will let her beother know that we will be arriving. After that call, I could not contact the owner anymore. We arrived late at night and there was no person in the reception. We cannot contact anyone in this place even in facebook, they do not reply. I hope none of your future customers will ever have to experience what our group had gone through. During pandemic and after a long drive, we were supposed to have a good rest at your place, but we were treated miserably. No message nor reply on both phone number and messanger. This kind of service is unacceptable. I wish you would have dropped a single message, but no you did not. This issue is worth reporting.

Disrespectful owner”
The owner has issues with OYO and Agoda and the owner said they will not accept us on the property even if we have confirmed booking. No help offerred and said a lot of nasty words. Again, whatever issues you have with these companies should not be taken out of the customers. Maganda nga yung property based on the posted pictures pero ang sama ng ugali ng owner/management. Will not recommend this property to anyone. Marami pang property/homestay/BNB/Hotel sa Baguio na mas worth it. It's not about the price but the experience.

Quality and Peaceful Stay! ”
It's my first time to stay in Tiptop Vacation Homes and it's fantastic, and peaceful. It's family friendly, quality stay, super clean, spacious room, kitchen and living room and bathrooms which I very loved. The hotel is well maintained. And the internet connection was very fast all the time. The view is superb!

All in all, the experience was awesome.. Value for money is exceptional, rooms are complete package with fridge, stove, water heater, and with free gallon of purified water... Theres a convenience store nearby, and theres a fruit and vegetable stand nearby incase you want to cook in your room...
