The hotel is clean (new) and comfortable with friendly and courteous staff from security personnel, front desk officers and others. It has a very spacious and relaxing lobby; Early check-in at 1100H is also allowed without additional charges; In our case, we arrived early and luggage safekeeping was also allowed in this hotel. Thus, we can go on with our activities while waiting for the check-in time. We stayed at the hotel's standard room and it was spacious and clean. The breakfast (at Gerry's Grill) was also great with equally friendly and courteous staff. A seafood restaurant can also be found inside this hotel. On the other hand, there is a room for improvement though to provide a chair in the said room and a bidet in the bathroom. Other than that, we had a great stay in this hotel and we highly recommend this one.

Spacious room and comfy beds”
My friend and I really loved our whole stay in this hotel. The staff at the reception area was so nice and accommodating. She greeted us with a smile and explained everything well. The room was bigger than we thought and we got a nice view of Baguio. The beds!!! It’s so comfortable that I slept really well. The towels and linens provided were really clean and the bathroom is spacious as well. There’s no bidet but they provided a dipper. I would suggest that they install an exhaust fan inside the CR. The TV in the room is big enough as well and they even have a water dispenser on every floor. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book here again once we’re back in Baguio.

Surpassed our expectations”
For a budget hotel, this is a gamechanger. Very good rates for a very clean and new hotel. The lobby itself was already quite impressive. Good that there's ample free parking as well. They allowed us to park early (around 9am) even though check-in time was at 2pm. Room is very very clean with good aircon, and a really large TV. Actually I don't mind that drinking water is through a dispenser in the hallway. I think it's a lot more eco-friendly this way. CR is also suprisingly spacious. Would definitely come back here on our next trip to Baguio. 5 stars!

Hotel in quiet area within the city proper”
Pros: Restaurants, church, Burnham park , 7-11, Mercury drugstore , city market are walking distance away. The hotel has a Chinese resto and Gerry’s Grill is on the ground floor. Location is ideal as the hotel is situated on a quiet area within the city. Hotel is clean as it is only about a year old. Soap, shampoo and towels are the only amenities of the T&B. Other items can be bought at the reception. You can borrow a hair dryer from reception staff. Bed is big and comfy and and pillow is soft. Cons: No bidet though you can request for a dipper which comes with a pail. . Air conditioner is a bit noisy ( Matrix brand). Only 1 piece pillow is alloted per guest. There was an uncovered hole in the ceiling of the shower area of our room. Reported it but Maintenance forgot to check it. Good thing there was no cockroach or rat that came our from it. Good thing the hotel is quite new...No telephone in room to contact reception staff. You can only contact them through cellphone.

Nice hotel with perfect location”
Hotel is nice and clean, with friendly staff. Everything you need is within walking distance - restaurants, cafes, drugstore, banks, convenience store. It is also a short walk to burnham and session road - no need to worry about parking or traffic because you can just walk to the city center.

Minimalist”
The room was big but barely had any additional furniture in it. It had two small tables, TV and a bed. Since it’s new everything was clean and still looking nice. Their room should have a closet or drawer or at least a bigger table for you to put your bags on. No free slippers and only shampoo and soap as toiletries. Good location though

very happy with the new branch”
Very clean room and surprisingly big room for their rate. I like the family room which has 3 beds. Perfect location, with covered parking lot, accessible to restaurants and city proper and most importantly, all the staff are very friendly and efficient. Will definitely come back again.

New Hotel”
Nice and clean hotel, staff are accomodating and friendly. We had fun and comfortable stay for 4 nights And value our money, location is good near in burnham park and groceries and restaurants, walking distance. 👍😊👏 I suggest to having a bidet in c.r.

Strategic Location and Superb Staff”
My husband is very happy with my choice. We arrived there around 5am and good thing the room is already available, of course for an extra fee. The facilities are sufficient for your needs - hot and cold shower, cable tv, aircon and free parking. I love manong guard (morning duty) who greeted us and assist us when bring in and out the car. The best part is that the hotel issituated near restos, there's a lot of eat all you can within the area plus Gerry's Grill which is just at the lower ground of the hotel. Overall, we have a pleasant stay. Kudos to Ms. Charmaine who is very helpful during the checkout process. We will be back soon!

Location-wise, it is convenient near Burnham Park and Good Taste restaurant, SM Baguio and Sky Ranch. Cleanliness - our room looked and smelled clean. Service - accommodating and reliable staff

Great value”
I got this room on the third night in Baguio. The previous two nights were in separate hotels. This room was much bigger and there were no odors of mildew. I was looking for a hot shower and in room WiFi, which I didn’t get in the previous hotels. The rates were really comparable to the previous two hotels and the staff was very friendly. Location was very good as well.

AMAZING!”
The place was amazing! Its placed in the city center, but in a more quiet area. Few cons in the facilities were the lack of a bidet in the bathroom and the lack of a closet or storage area for clothing and other stuff. Otherwise, modern facilities, great location and overall value for money make this place my new go-to stay in Baguio. 👌🏻

Great Location”
This is walking distance going to the heart of the city. And it is very easy to get around via taxi or jeepney. there are a lot of restaurants nearby, but the Chinese restaurant in the lobby is a must try. There are also Korean BBQ grills along Legarda.

Best Location”
It has the best location, close to everywhere and you can go to Burnham and other central locations by foot. They have ample space for parking and they are also very responsive on phone. They accommodated my request and also they were able to provide room during holidays..

Wonderful stay, the breakfast promo at Gerry's Grill is great. Delicious food Abacus and a healthy walk going to Burnham and Lourdes Church and Grotto. Staffs are excellent!

I love that you have more socket. Staff is friendly. All in all was great except for the bathroom. No bidet, and bathroom will flood if you’re not going to put the floor towel at the entrance of shower. No toothpaste.

Travelite Legarda Hotel”
Its a budget hotel but its worth it... they have aircon in the room for which my children appreciated a lot. The room is small but its clean and modern. I just had limited space to work that is why we moved out. The free breakfast is plated and had to wait for long, something that can be improved. Overall it was a good stay. My children were happy because wifi signal is strong and because of the aircon. Children approved!!

Backpackers hotel”
The hotek speaks for its name that it is suitable for light travellers. The room has high bed, 50" flat tv and tables only. No wardrobe, chairs, dryer and other amenities usually present in other hotels. There is a restaurand in the lobby and it's very near to other food avenues and shopping area. There are also water dispensers in the hallway. The room is spacious and clean. The cons are unavailability of bidet spray and limited parking space. It's worth the stay.

Simple but yet satisfying.”
Though it may seem to look great in the façade, yet it still lacks the common needs of a guest in a hotel, i.e. Room Service, phone and other small appliances, etc. but overall, it is a good hotel.
