Beautiful place”
Pros: reasonable price, awesome staff, mostly stand alone rooms, very large rooms, toilet (yeah, no "hole in the floor"), enough employees so they will help you with your luggage if needed. Cons: no hot water (cold showers suck), stayed 2 nights but no maid service, very limited parking (5 cars only), need chair (s) and a work table in room, all rooms are a good distance from parking lot, no phone in the room.

They Need To Improve Their Service”
We stayed at Alerya 1 bedroom villa for 2 nights. Some of my husbands family members had previously worked at this place and had recommended it to us. I was also very impressed by the properties communication prior to arrival and good reviews about service and cleanliness. However, when we arrived, I was very disappointed. We arrived late and had been on the road for a very long time too, super tired and I had been recovering from surgery... So I was looking forward to a nice rest and easy check in. Unfortunately this did not happen, parking was totally full and the staff asked to take our car key, I was very disappointed about this. Our insurance policy is invalid if someone else is in possession of our car keys, plus we have a new car system. Which makes the loss process very complicated, keys are 7jt and have to wait a week or more to make a new copy.... Apa lagi during Lebaran. Anyway I had to fight to be able to keep my own car keys armnd park inside the villa, the front office staff wasn't professional and lacked hospitality... The security made a space for us, so that we wouldn't need to leave the key... Ok the security had better hospitality and more helpful than front desk. Prior to checking in, I had made it clear to the hotel that I had just had surgery and needed to make sure the rooms were very clean... No dust etc. as it was dangerous to my health... But when we checked in, the room was not very clean. The bed was fine, but the floors were dirty, dust on the surfaces and the bathroom stank of urine. I was extremely disappointed, but too tired to complain and cleaned a but myself before sleeping. I knew the make front desk officer was not helpful. The next day I complained to the female front desk officer and she was more helpful. They cleaned the room well while we were out. I have another big problem with this property, they advertise about their safety protocol, yet the staff do not use masks, do not ask guests to use masks and social distanc

+ location good to find food & near to the city • breakfast tasty , but the choice poor (only 4 menu) - the room given to us was so noisy , right beside the main road.

affordable hotel in quite strategic location”
The location is great and not pricey. It would be better if they have swimming pool. The only cons is the parking area is small, so they might call you if your car is blocking someone else's car.

Very good and recommended”
The location is at main road so easy to find and close to center of garut. Big and clean room. The bed is big and comfort with large wardrobe. Also, has sajadah (with mukena and quran at some rooms). This is rare even for hotel at Indonesia. But, tv's remote at my room can't be used so I should borrow from my friend's room. From 4 booked room, 2 of them have unstable and slow wi-fi. Bathroom was clean with complete toiletries, but the hot water was unstable. Overall, my group member was satisfied and have same opinion that hotel is very good and recommended.
