Anazibg location, Food requires improvement ”
The hotel has amazing location and pretty landscspes. However, the food defonitely requires improvement, particularly in the a la carte menu. The restaurant manager was also not very receptive of the feeedback, though the rest of the staff took care of it.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE”
We had visited the property on 26.01.2023 to 28.01.2023. We had booked this property for our anniversary. Me, my wife and our pet Jack Patel had visited the place but, it was a total disaster. Never felt so unwelcoming at any property anytime in the past. With so much hype in the market & the rates they are charging, we were looking forward to many things, and were unfortunately, left disappointed. When we started our journey, we received couple of calls from the property asking about our check-in time and so on and so forth. This made us even more excited and we were looking forward for the stay. Once we reached Kud rasthe and then took the road towards the property there’s not even a single name board or direction board to the property. We were left at the mercy of the Google Map which again there’s not network except Jio which is also very poor. We reached & checked in around 8.00 pm. The check-in procedure was done and they collected Rs 3500/- for the pet for which they took a long declaration form signed by me. I was not briefed as to what the charges are for and what was included. We left to the room in a buggi which is Maruti Eco modified. As soon as we stepped into the room, the room was very small. For the rate they are charging per room per night wasn’t expecting such a small room. The size of the bedroom was equivalent to the washroom of another property in Coorg which is again pet friendly. It felt like a total disaster. Overall, very disappointed and would never go back to this property or its chain of resorts in the future. Also, we wouldn't recommend this property if you’re travelling with pets. I would like to share the experience in detail below with pictures: 1. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant. They have made 2 make shift tents near the restaurant and swimming pool. We are forced to eat in the dark with only 2 candles kept on the table and no staff comes near this make shift tent to either take your order or serve you anything. We

Come here for a relaxed stay”
Plan you vacation here if you are looking for a forest kind of a place disconnected from the rest of the world. You can enjoy your self time here. Planning for one day will be eventful and for two days it will be relaxed. Food quality and ambience are excellent. However, staff responsiveness needs to be improved especially in these premium hotels.

subpar service and okayish food but great location, beautiful premises”
pros : beautiful location clean well maintained cottages beautiful landscape good to stay and connect with nature restaurant staffs were really helpful --> especially Srijith and Ajith . cons: food was just okay( got food infection from the meat) service was subpar for the 4 star that the hotel is; had to ask multiple times for drinking water refill itself. We had to ask for amnesties like body wash and room slippers etc , which were provided later. Wasn't very accommodating to my husband who fell ill with food poisoning . Had to leave unhappy as they were not ready to provide lime tea for a sick person to the room.

This place is Paradise”
We traveled with our dog, a golden retriever. The lush nature, the waterfall, the rooms and the estate are just breathtaking. They're entirely pet friendly and our dog enjoyed the waterfall and the food at the restaurant very much. I'm waiting to go here again.

Breathtakingly beautiful but...”
We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time enjoying the serene beauty of this place. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful but the approaching road is bumpy and bad. The foremost thing that needs to be immensely improved is the quality of FOOD. Drinks at the bar are good but they don’t have any snacks or refreshments to go with it. On the first night, we were told dinner would be served at 8 but it was finally served 45 minutes late. Paapad came very late when we were almost done with dinner. On the second night, food was even more bad and served late, as the previous night. Overall breakfast and dinner were just ordinary. Another major concern is that people use pool or bathe in waterfalls and enter the restaurant barefoot and wet which was quite icky. Wonderful stay but not satisfied with any aspect of food.
