Amazing trip”
We booked 4 rooms. And all were so great and awesome. The rooms was so good, clean, large and really cool. Its located not too far from the old town, about 15 by motobike , The owners was very helpful and friendly with us, The breakfast also was so good . I would like to high recommend this place for everyone likes peaceful and rustic things .

Rustic Villa is perfect ”
I stayed here for four nights as I wanted to explore HoiAn. I wasn’t sure where to stay at first as I didn’t want to be too far from the Ancient Town but this location is perfect. They provide free bike rental (bikes are in good condition) and it only takes 10 minutes to ride into town. Riding into town is an experience in itself. In the other direction you can ride through rice fields towards the beach. The owners are a lovely young family that take their business seriously and are so accommodating. The rooms are brand new and so gorgeous. The pool is lovely too. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was just great here. The family running this place are just sooo kind, helped us with everything. Breakfast was a joy every morning. The free bikes are a good asset, going downtown or to the beach. We rented scooter and went to My Son one day, super convenient. We used the pool a few times just to cool of. The rooms were really good. All in all I would stay here every time I go here. Super good value for your money! Thanks to the owners for giving us a great time in Hoi An!

Wonderful stay with Friendly staff!”
The staff are very friendly, room is spacious and clean. The location is quite good and it took around 15 minutes to travel from the villa to hidden beach and ancient town (we rent a motorcycle here). Definitely a worth stay and wonderful experience.

Our second visit! We absolutely adore this family. They made us feel so welcome coming back for the second time and we certainly hope to be back yet again. Won't ever stay anywhere else in Hoi An! The upgrades since we were last here in October 2017 were so nice, especially with the addition of the pool! Again, what a lovely family and the rooms are excellent and spacious. Can't say enough about how much we've enjoyed our stays here. Next time will have to be longer.

We had such a wonderful stay at Rustic Villa. The whole family made us feel really welcome and supported us throughout our entire stay. The facilities are fantastic and the rooms are really cosy. It's a nice cycle or drive into the old town or to the beach. I hope to come back and stay with them again soon!

I stayed in room for 7days. The room was spacious and clean. Staff took us to Danang for free on the last day.She also made fried eggs delicious for breakfast. Thank you so much for your kindness. The seafood restaurant around here was the best. Laundry service - 30,000dong/1.5kg It's not a hotel, but it's a good homestay.

A hidden gem!”
We stayed here for one night and it was amazing. Welcomed with passion fruit juice and fruit, taken to our lovely big room with excellent bathroom and views, and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast is delicious and we were able to use the bikes and the pool even after check out. Would be back in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved this guesthouse, which is run by a lovely family who were so warm and helpful. The rooms are huge, beautifully-designed and light and airy, the breakfast is great and the pool was so lovely to come back to at the end of each day. We highly recommend this guesthouse!

Amazing stay, thank you! ”
The family was always smiling, friendly, available and welcoming. The room was big, with a nice confy bed and a great shower. The room was cleaned every day which was appreciated after the sand we brought in the shower. Everyday they put two new bottle of water in our room. The breakfast are amazing with fresh fruits every morning, and a choice of egg, omelette, pancakes. The chocolate banana pancake was my favorite one. The family was there to help us to book a trip to My Son Sanctuary and a car to the airport. It was worry free with them. We also had a private cooking class at the Homestay. It was great and fun. We first went to the market to have a presentation of the different ingredients. Then we cooked 4 meals (spring rolls, macro fish in banana leaf with tomato, Hoi An pancake, mango salad) and we ate the fruits we choose at the market. It took 3 hours and was 20 USD.

Rustic Villa is a peaceful oasis ”
We really recommend this place if you want a quiet and charming retreat while you stay in Hoi An. The staff is amazing. We felt very welcome and taken care of. Breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam with different local specialities every morning + banana pancakes and good coffe. Rooms are generous, absolutely clean with nice interior (only I wished we had bigger closet). You get free biyciles (or Scooter for 150.000 Dong) to ride to the city or your beach of choice. We will defintely come again next time we travel to Hoi An.

Our stay at Rustic Homestay was amazing! We felt like we were at home. The rooms are large, showers are hot, and the place is gorgeous. The owners are very attentive to your travel needs and are happy to arrange cars to nearby sites or give you a bike to ride in to Old Town. We seriously did not want to leave. It was like a little slice of paradise!

Lovely family running villa”
小さな家族経営のヴィラです。お部屋のインテリアが素敵で、娘と一緒にテンション上がりました！中心地からは離れていますが、逆に静かで落ち着きます。（毎朝鶏の声で目が覚めます。）近くに商店もあるのでビールの買い出しには困りません。ただし、最寄りの商店より、橋の近くの薬局兼雑貨屋のようなお店の方が安いです。ダナン空港までの送迎は片道22USD、レンタルバイクは1日7USDでした。飛行機が遅れ、深夜の到着となったため、送迎を頼んでおいて正解でした。経営されているご家族は皆さんとても良い方です。清掃スタッフの女性も親切で、タオルの不足など、度々気にかけて下さいました。朝食も宿泊料を考えたら申し分なく、特に娘さんが作るオムレツは子どもたちのお気に入りでした。

Beautiful, clean hotel run by a charming family”
The Rustic Villa is a hotel with spacious clean rooms and a refreshing pool. It has hotel standards but the warmth that comes with a family run establishment. When we arrived we were welcomed with a drink and given helpful information. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The tasty breakfast included banh mi, eggs as you like, seasonal fruits and pancakes. In my opinion the hotel is great value for money. I will definitely stay again !!!

perfect stay”
the hosts were super friendly, communication is easy as they speak english very well. The breakfast was amazing! The rooms are very big and beautiful. Has a nice pool to cool down. Everything was perfect, we would recommend the rustic villa and would defenitely come back.
