Magical Experience ”
This place is magical. It is beautiful and has so many cool features to offer. The restaurants are great. The Onsen is unreal. And on top of it all, it is located right next to the chairlift.

Great place great location ”
The room was good size and very clean. There are restaurants however most things open late and some times for a short duration, you can’t buy coffee in the morning! But these are minor complains the place is nice and well setup and I would go there again

Family oriented ski resort ”
Good choice for family with young children as they have double deck merry go round (free for unlimited rides), game room (100 yen per game in general) and swimming pool with slides if they don’t want ski. They also have varieties of restaurants/ cafes offering Japanese noodles / rice, sandwiches , burgers, pizza apart from buffet or BBQ. In short, the Resort is kids friendly! They have free shuttle to Sapporo which has to book with hotel in advance.

New onsen facility”
The resort itself had a Showa atmosphere. Pretty oldish. The room was clean but smelt a bit old. But the new onsen facility, Kotobuki no Yu, was brand new, clean, and wonderfully designed.

Great ski resort ”
Everything under one roof and free carousel for the kids. Recommended to travel from 7 Dec onwards as not all restaurant open for dinner during our stay. You can walk out of the resort for 5 minutes will have Seicomart and 7-11 as well.

Family friendly but dated rooms ”
Great resort for family with young kids. Many child friendly facilities in the resort - the kids went on the carousel countless times! There was also a newly renovated day care center, which is a great option for parents who would like to go on the slopes. Cons - rooms are dated, and the toilet didn’t smell great, even after it was cleaned.

Wifi not good ”
The wifi was not good, it kept cutting out and sometimes I couldn’t connect at all. Location is good for ski access. Onsen was good. At night it was noisy outside our room. Beds were hard and rice pillow was horrid.

Good place to learn skiing ”
big Resorts and u just need to park your ski gears at the locker and bring it out to ski right outside the resorts . is convenient . They have ski lessons for younger kids and for older as well. 2 onsen in the resorts itself and is really good to deep inside the onsen after skiing . There is 2 convenient stall just across the road. Few restaurants inside the resorts. Free monorail to Westin hotel where they have a big place to play snow and dog sledding. Will definitely be back again.

Depends on which building your room is in, it took a long walk from our room to the ski locker room! Make sure not to forget any of your gear before leaving your room! There are a number of restaurants but most of them are very expensive!
