The shuttle online is a lie”

We tried to contact the hotel via email but in vain. Finally used Japan landline to contact and found there is no shuttle service, relied on local bus to there, which is quite disappointing. The room has been renovated, it's large and private as it occupied an isolated corner which I love it very much. There is a pathway linking Ryokan Aoni Sanso to another hotel with big Onsen, so we do not need to go outside and suffer from cold weather. Private rental is also available and I appreciate that, just the private rental Onsen was not outdoor. Food is nice and you can order a la carte if you need. Nearly forgot, the staff should pay good attention on customer jacket, I found an used mask in the pocket which is terribly disgusting.

ありがたかった。”

貸切風呂は予約をすれば無料で入れた。 大浴場は雪の中、露天風呂に入りました。最高に気持ちよくて一生の思い出になりそう。 食事も夜と朝の2回いただきましたが大変美味しくて又行きたいと思いました。
