best ryokan ever stayed”

this is the best ryokan I have stayed so far. the room has a BIG WOW effect especially the outdoor onset which overlooking Biwa lake. the decoration and setup is fantastic as well. the food is amazing. we have 2 breakfast and 2 dinner . they are creative and delicious ... i would definitely go there there again..

旅館人員非常有耐心的與我用email溝通，在抵達當天關西有暴風雪導致我們的行程不確定，但他們依然非常及時的來到車站載我們，真的非常感謝！ 旅館全部的工作人員都非常親切，服務態度真的相當良好，即使我們不會說日文，依然感覺賓至如歸！ 至於有人批評溫泉的位置看得到馬路（代表車子可能看得到正在泡溫泉的人們），我認為既然來度假就放鬆一點吧，這根本就是一件小事⋯自己看準時機進出溫泉就解決了。總之，住在這裡的一切都非常完美，餐點超級美味，服務超級棒，下次還想再來！
