So nice Ryokan”
It was second time to visit Yufuin. This Ryokan was real great! Of course it looks same with pictures and host was soooo nice and kind! Especially the privite spa was amazing! If i have a chance to visit Yufu again, I want to stay that Ryokan again!

Exceptional”
The ryokan had 3 private baths, and the middle one was a pretty outdoor bath. The room was well-furnished and comfortable, and the owner provided yukatas for all the guests, which was a nice touch. It was a 10 min walk to the touristy area where many snacks and souvenirs were sold, and we enjoyed staying in that area. When we checked out, we were given lovely little owl charms and I think they were handmade by someone from the ryokan!

Lovely ryokan”
This ryokan wasn’t that difficult to locate. You can follow the instructions on the website or the signboard. We booked two rooms without the private air-bath, without breakfast and dinner. But the overall experience is excellent, nice and well-maintained ryokan. Will definitely come back again.

Fun, friendly ryokan experience”
This was our first time staying at a ryokan and we loved it. The older ladies running the place are warm and friendly. The ryokan is tucked away for privacy and it's just a short walk from the main street and the bus/train stations. There are 2 onsens on the premises. You have to pay a nominal 150 yen to use them a total of 3 times. We really enjoyed staying here and would do so again.

Very good Ryokan”
This Ryokan is very good! 1. Private traditional bath (Best thing !) 2. Good dining (Gaiseki and breakfast are very recommendable) 3. Good room state (Provides tea&sweets also, and other miscellaneous) 4. Very close to important tourism points and shops but at the same time very silence and country side. It's amazing ! Only problem is their english skills. But they uses tablets as translator.

Good location and room”
Very near to main street. Just a bit dark at night as there is no street light from main street to Ryokan. What i'm not happy with is, i was requested 1,000 yen for kid which wasn't stated in booking detail. Please be reminded the room has WC and basin but doesn't come with bathroom, you need to walk onsen to bath but is very near, few steps away the room. Overall is good.

Lovely Onsen”
We stayed as 'Room Only' option. Unfortunately, our room was upstairs, and they had no lift. Fortunately, we had some help taking our heavy suitcase up to our room. We had 4 options of onsens (bath), and they were all lovely. The staff was very helpful. Walking distance to the lake and main shopping area in Yufu.

This is a lovely ryokan in a very nice location. Clean and well kept hot springs. The tatami room made for a great nights sleep. Lots of food and shopping and sights nearby. Thank you!

Nice stay in Yufuin”
This place has 2 private hot springs and 2 public bath. The location is great, you have to turn into a small road and look carfully for the sign. An old lady runs the place and we got it at a discounted price so overall it was a pretty good deal. The only complaint is that the water feom the hot spring is a bit hotter than the average ones we had around the neighbourhood.

We are both college students. So we don't have enough money. But this hotel fits us. Cheap than other Ryokan. And have quite nice facilities and services. Also, it existed near the famous street.

Hotel is Ryokan style, room is nice and staff really friendly even they can speak a bit English. But location a bit far from train station need to walk 15 to 20 mins. And difficult to find the hotel

the best hostel ever found”
Free fantastic meals(both breakfast and dinner), hotspring and free wifi provided with a economical price(just around 100USD@) nice dormitory with a tranquil surrounding environment. All the elements for sightseeing backpacker could be found here. A street with tons of delicious snacks and souvenirs which is located just 5 mins walk. I have been to lots of hostel in EU. Although it's slightly far away from train station. All in all, This one is the best i have ever lived.

Staffs are very helpful. Good onsen and we tried two of the three and enjoyed it very much. Location is a bit hard to find as we arrived at night. The road to the hotel is next to a gas station. Overall it well worth the price!

Around 10 minutes walk from the JR station. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is clean and decent. The food is tasty and we enjoyed the hot spring very much. Reasonable price , high cp value Highly recommend it!!
