The staff is amazing and incredibly helpful. It's a Japanese speaking establishment but they did have instructions in English. Haruka knew some English and was very patient with me and modest; she was delightful and amazing. Haruka helped make my stay even more comfortable along with the entire staff. They were incredibly patient, smiling, and helpful even though we didn't speak the same language. I booked the dinner and breakfast package; the dinner is huge and delicious! A lot of foods I never had prepared that way. The outdoor baths are beautiful, and the morning onsen outdoors was perfect. Walking the corridors in my yukata while soft Japanese music played was a relaxing experience. They provide a shuttle bus for pick up and drop of to Kurayoshi station and even helped with directions on taking a bus to nearby attractions. Highly recommend this Ryokan.

The hotel is a bit far from nearest JR station, but they provide shuttle bus. Excellent environment, the food is remarkable, and very warm service.

Radon rich onsen means radioactive hotsrpings - please research before soaking”
The hotel is very old and needs renovation. The onsen area was small and disappointing. Worst of all, the hotel did not tell us that reservation is needed for the restaurants onsite. We ended up having to frantically search for a place to eat after we checked in. Most of the restaurants nearby were close. I think Misasan onsen should give tourists health warnings about their onsens. While their marketing seems to appeal by selling the healing abilities of their onsen water, but it is afterall, radioactive. Radon is a radioactive gas. This means that once inhaled, radon decays could enter our lungs and cause damage. Please research before soaking in Misasa Onsen.

Ich reise viel in Ryokans und fand insgesamt von Essen, Einrichtung, Onsen, Personal etc. den Preis zu hoch. Es gab nichts im Einzelnen extrem auszusetzen aber wie gesagt zu teuer.

來到的時候正正就是櫻花滿開的季節，館中最大的貸切露天溫泉心禪之湯也是非常優質，館內也有會中文的工作人員能提供協助，特別謝謝服務員小曾 可惜的是我訂了兩晚的松葉蟹宴，第一天表現得點失準，可能是蟹鮮度的問題，反映後第二天質素有改善些，希望晚餐的水準能繼續進步

舒適的溫泉旅館”
有shuttle bus，但酒店沒有confirm我們時間和instruction，安排有點混亂。shuttle bus除了倉吉站也可以去附近的景點，早上三班。 早餐是buffet，晚餐係餐廳食，味道都很好。如果可以有點privacy例如在房間食會更好。 溫泉十分舒服乾淨，除了基本洗澡用品，還有face wash, hair treatment, heel lotion, mask, face cream etc. All in high quality. 特別推介溫泉外的黑豆茶，很好喝。其中一面通往溫泉嘅走廊仲有好靚嘅園林景，着住浴衣喺嗰度行真係感覺好特別。

有接送到倉吉駅車（要預約），有貸切溫泉（要預約），有國語服務員，包早晚餐，晚餐包箱，房間觀景好，由白壁土樓去酒店有巴士）直到酒店門口，駅名忘記了只知應該三朝觀光所前一個駅。
