Plesant stay ^_^”

The Ryokan is located in a quiet and peaceful area some distance away from Yufuin JR station... Shuttle service available at selected times in the morning to JR station, and on request at 3-5pm for returning to the Ryokan. Private hotspring was awesome! Food was great and fresh~ Staff members were nice and helpful! Overall a pleasant stay at Nobiru Sansou ^_^

Many to choose from but nothing really stands out”

This isn't my first stay at a ryokan but I'm no expert in ryokan reviews either. Having said that Ryokan Nobiru Sansou seems like just above average. It offers 3 private family onsens, 2 men's and 1 women's so the variety is a plus. It's very quiet like most other Onsen ryokans so it's great for a relaxing onsen time. Dinner was ok but not great compare to what I've experienced at other ryokans and breakfast was on the same level. So over all, I would recommend this place as long as you don't have high expectations. PS - This place is hard to find. I had a very hard time finding this place even with a navigation.

I was worried about my first trip to go with my mother, but it was a very good Ryokan. My mom was so happy to come again next time. Facilities were good, clean air was good, and staff members were kind. I will go again next time. It was fun ^^

Wonderful Ryokan ever with a reasonable price”

* Best service including various kinds of meals with a reasonable price * They're really considerate from the start when trouble with communication. They even called a interpreter to explain detailed things. All meals they service are much better than outside restaurants in the downtown in my opinion. It's located within walking distance of Kinrinko lake(appx. 15 mins), but a little bit far from Yufuin Station&Bus terminal. They also offer free shuttle bus service from Yufuin Station between 3pm - 5pm on the 1st day and back to the station between 9 am - 11 am on the 2nd day! You may just contact the reception to make a reservation. Unfortunately, there's no markets, shops nearby, so you need to get some snacks, beverages before going back there. (Staffs are off after dinner serving and there's only a beverage vending machine!)

Good for relaxing ”

Our room has private onsen and can take every time that you want. The staffs are very kind and good service even though they can't speak English too much but they try to explain. I will back to there again if I go to visit Yufuin.

There have 3 onsen room 2 Family onsen and 1 Public onsen . I love family onsen to feel private the water is clean and blue and can adjust temperature so relax.

We really enjoyed our stay there, especially delicate service provided by the staff, nice quality of food and hot spring in the room were great. :)

Value for money”

Good value for money. Good service and helpful staff although they don't speak much English. Open hot bath in room is great. Several public open hot baths offer privacy for families & couples. Some facilities a bit worn out and location not easy to find via gps.

員工有禮， 風景優美， 食物質素高又十分飽 ，但位置比較偏僻， 最好用接駁巴士 ，行路且上斜坡就有點兒遠。房間很像大雄家， 房間風呂很讚， 隔音不太好， 住客們說話都能聽見。

由布院站需要走30分鐘才到旅館 接送只限3-5pm 如果接送服務加到至10-12n 俾旅客放行李會好d 行到身水身汗才到 曬到⋯⋯⋯下次情願將行李比1000yen 都唔想行咁遠 旅館係一間好傳統既日本旅館 喜歡舊式日館會適合 如果喜歡新式就不要來！ 晚餐同早餐都好豐富 好味 酒店服務員只懂好少英文 建議懂少少日語才好來！

我是自駕遊的，雖然馬路上有旅館路牌指示但還是有點難找，到達後發現汽車的GPS把我們帶到旅館對面了，隔一條小河；晚餐在晚上7時前要享用需要注意，我住的房間自設溫泉且房間很大相當不錯，公用的溫泉環境也很好。
