Beautiful property”

What you pay is what you get. Breakfast and Dinner courses are of good standards. The room I booked came with a private authentic looking hot spring bath. The staffs are friendly and accommodating especially Ms Zhang. Keep up the good work guys!

Lovely stay at Ryoso Yufuin Yamadaya”

We totally enjoyed our stay. The private onsen were wonderful and we love our dip, thanks to Ms Komoda’s advice. The ryokan is just about 10-12 min walk from the train station. Lake Kinrinko and the main street are within walking distance. During our visit the weather and scenery was beautiful. The dinner and breakfast were great and fresh with varieties. We have to give Ms Komoda and the service team a Big thank you for taking care of us which made our stay so pleasant and Mr Sato for being quick in email response. We look forward to returning with my family.

Happy!”

Stayed in Yamadaya in November and it had a realllly great time. Services including dinner, spa was clean and gorgeous. The employees were really friendly and helped us a lot. And the location is also good and no problem parking a car.

It was wonderful experience ”

Staffs are so kind and helpful. Dinner and lunch are neat and delicious, it was most good food during travel in japan. Also, everything is nearby this place by walk (bus station, train station, supermarket so on) so if you choose this place, you won’t regret to pay.

新婚旅行で利用しました。 お部屋の温泉がとても良かったです。 名前を伺えてませんが、主任タイトルの女性スタッフの方のおもてなしが素晴らしかったです。スタッフのキムさんも対応が素晴らしく、お世話になりました。 夕食を食べる時、後ろ側のドアの開け閉めの音がうるさくて食事中気になりました。改善できたらと思います。 旦那はコーヒーが飲めないが朝食時に紅茶かコーヒーかの選択肢はなく、コーヒーを出されました。苦手な物があれば先に申し出を出すべきだったのかなと思いました。 他は全て良かったです。

素晴らしい滞在になりました”

部屋についている露天風呂が最高でした！部屋付きの露天風呂は人工的なものが多いですが、こちらは自然の岩で作られた趣のある露天風呂です。夕食は特に斬新なメニューなどはなかったですが、全て美味しくいただき、食べきれないほどでした。コロナ前は台湾や韓国からの旅行者が多かったと仰ってました。素敵な旅館なので、早くお客様が戻ってくることをお祈りしてます！

傳統日式旅館，早餐晚餐非常好吃，職員事前電郵詢問有沒有食物敏感，十分細心，而整個入住過程都有賓至如歸的感覺。今次預約的房有私人溫泉，真是超好的體驗！旅館到湯坪道只是大概5分鐘路程，地點很方便。

Cozy hot spring stay”

Overall hotel facilitates and room are very clean and tidy. On top of the private hot spring (which is very good excluding raining at night make water less hot), there are family and public hot spring (male & female separated). The dinner was fantastic with over ten dishes. Definitely recommend for family looking for hot spring with privacy

하루 더 있다가고 싶은 료칸~!”

가족 전세 온천탕이 있어 맘놓고 편히 사용했습니다. 위치도 그렇게 멀지 않아 마을 구경하기도 좋았네요. 하루 더 묵고싶었지만 다음을 기약해야할 거 같습니다. 무릎아픈 어머니도 맘에 들어하셨습니다. 따뜻한 온천에 푹 담그고 있으니 몸이 녹았던 기억이 남네요. 저녁식사도 아침도 정성스럽게 준비해주시고, 유카타(?)를 처음입어 도움을 요청하니 친절하게 알려주셨어요. 그리고 체크아웃 하고도 잠깐 짐을 맡길 수 있어 여유롭게 유휴인을 즐기고 갑니다.
