Accommodating staff, good food, and a hassle free stay”

I highly recommend this place whenever you plan to go to either Pandan Island or Apo Reef. Pandan Island is just a 15min.boat ride from this place. Ate Swanee (unsure if correct spelling) was really friendly and accommodating. She'll give you tips and answer your queries. She will take care of everything you need (will call a tricycle if you would want to go to Bayan, arrange reservations for bus tickets going to Manila, and could arrange Sablayan ZipLine reservations).They are very easy to be communicated with (one text/call away). Their cook, Ate Raquel/Rachel (not sure about her name, my apologies), was a great cook! We loved every meal that they have served to us. We would come back here and tag along more friends soon!!! We enjoyed a hassle free stay in this place.

Staff is amazing and will help you plan the trip and activities you want. Food is great. Just beside pandan island, and not far from apo reef. The staff is real'y helpful amd generous, I definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Sablayan and want to see pandan island and apo reef. Thank you miss Suanie to you and your staff for everything. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate all you did for us.

Fantastic place to stay”

Rooms were clean and comfy bed, great location and easy access to every thing. Best part of this resort is Swane the hotel manager, she loves her job with a passion and treats all guests as her extended family. She makes this resort tick like a well oiled machine. Don't worry about arranging your trips as Swane will arrange everything and she know everything and every body to make your trip so memorable and rewarding. I live hear in the Philippines with my wife and we always do our research for cost of trips but on this occasion we wasted our time as Swane got the best price for us that we could not match from our research. We had a great time in the evening drinking beer and having a laugh and I told Swane a few stories an she just laugh all night, when we left she was quite emotional but we reassured her she is always welcome to stay with us whenever she comes over to Manila. Good value”

We spent here 3 nights. The camp is little bit out of the town, so expect 20 pesos on tricikle each ride. The owner was very kind and helpful, althought the kitchen could be faster. The beach is not so nice or enjoyable compare to other sites. The room was clean and big enough, no hot water, but didn't need it.

Unfriendly, Not reliable, Hidden Commission for Apo Reef”

Good location at beach, nice huts and natural shadow. In contrast to Gustavs, this Camp can be reached by normal Tricycle for 20 pesos. However, in contrast to all other people in the Philippines, there was no smiling or customer attention. I and friends from NL always had the feeling to disturb. They organized a visit to Apo Island per email but we're told the emails are not available any more so they are cheating. They should be cheaper and good quality according to tourist office (may be they do a special deal on recommendations), in reality they are not. In addition they do not have their own boat like North Pandan Island or Gustavs but charge Hidden Commission for Apo Reef much more expensive like Ebdoy from Sablayan Divers which enabled us to sleep for 3 nights with 3 persons all included. Their equipment is the worst of all, best is from Sablayan Divers. Also did not organize a new year party. When they recognized all guests leave to Gustavs, they invited for Karaoke party.

super big clean room and garden,on the beach,just in front of pandan island . very quiet at night,trip to apo reef possible ,the boat get you just in front of the hotel. boat service to pandan island on request (4 euros return). nice management and staff and the food is ok and not expensite at the restaurant. we will come back there for sure.

If you are a beach bum, you must go to Pandan Island few minutes from the resort which has a white beach and corals. But for divers, this place is really good for staying if you opt to dive Pandan Island or a day trip to Apo Reef. The place is also few hours from the Airport in San Jose.

It is the worst hotel ever. The manager is a woman that will try to cheat you. For sure it is the worst place i "ve ever been. We made a reservation for 2 couples and the rooms were not like the photos... Don"t go there. Diving with them it"s so expensive, and snorkeling it"s a joke.

Hay villas y habitaciones. Las villas genial. Las habitaciones mal porque son abiertas y tienen pajaros e insectos dentro. Las instalaciones son maravillosas pero esta muy mal aprovechadas. Los dueños o trabajadores son unos estafadored y te la quieren colar por todos lados. Honestamente es una pena, porque podria sacarsele mucho partido y el personal hace q sea un timo y no quieras recomendarlo ni volver...

grande chambres,avec clim ou ventilateur au choix,organise des sortie en bateaux a apo reef ,en plongée ou en snorkling (bien moins cher) . bateaux taxi egalement pout l'ile de saban . restaurant simple mais tres correct,pas cher du tout. tres bon management de madame souani et le staff est tres serviable. l'hotel possede un taxi tricicle qui peut vous amener partout en ville ou plus loin sans risques. nous reviendrons l'année prochaine !

Isolé au bord de l eau ”

En bord de mer, au calme. Nous avons réservé un bungalow 3 personnes. Grand, propre, avec ventilateur et eau froide (bonne pression). Propriétaires très sympathiques qui vous arrangent des tours pour aller sur les îles ou même retourner sur Manille, sans prendre de commission. Restaurant pas mal, grandes tables avec vue sur la mer et la végétation. Points négatifs : odeur de canalisation et mauvais wifi. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Possibilité d aller sur l île de Padan (juste en face) pour admirer les tortues (prix bateau 250 pesos le trajet pour deux et 200 pesos/ personne pour les droits d entrée sur l île). Â 20 Minutes à pieds du début de la Ville ou quelques minutes pour 30 pesos en tricycle.

Parfait pour plonger à Apo Reef ”

Chambre simple mais très calme. Eau froide et un odorante mais ça passe. Souanie la manager est adorable et super serviable. Encore merci à elle pour tout. Endroit parfait pour tous ceux qui veulent plonger à Apo Reef et tarifs compétitifs. J'y retournerai à mon prochain trip plongées à Sablayan.
