Great place to stay!”
Great place to stay. Hosts are wonderful and make everything to make you feel welcome here. Clean and comfortable rooms, wifi works perfect. Breakfast - the best we had in SEA during 5 month travel. They change it that you can get different meal every day. We had omelet with caramelised onions, tomato sauce and fresh tomatoes (of course with bread and coffee or tea). Next morning breakfast was fried noodles with vegetables and chicken. Location is great if you want to live in a quiet place and just go to old town. Owners provide free bicycles, but it is easy reachable on foot too. The bus station is just few min walk from guesthouse. Overall great stay, highly recommend.

Good choice in Hoi An”
Overall, we had a really comfortable stay here. Pros - great breakfast in the morning, really nice sweet owners, when the AC in our room didn’t work, they switched us to another room and it was perfect. Fridge in room. They have a water filter on a sink and we could refill our water bottles instead of using plastic. Helpful in arranging various things. Let us check out late since we had a night bus, which was extremely convenient so we could enjoy our last day in Hoi An. Free bikes to use, which made it easy to get to the beach or quicker to town. Cons - motorbike that we rented was a total piece of junk (NOTE : it didn’t belong to them, they got it from some motorbike agency). We got a flat about 3-4 kilometers after leaving, the flat was due to a bad patching job on a previous hole in the tube, we had to buy a new tube in order to ride again. The brakes we totally insufficient and the tires were bald. We would recommend to the owners to pick a different agency to arrange rentals through since this one doesn’t maintain their motorbikes. Lucky, we didn’t pay the rental in the end since we paid for a new tube. Communication with te owners can also be a bit difficult, but apps help. Overall, if you want to be away from the massive hoards of tourists in Hoi An and in a bit more of a local area, this is a great place to stay.

Lovely stay”
Room are clean and comfortable. Just 1km away from old quarter and 4km from the beach. Bike rental for free which is very convenient to discover around. The host are very kind and welcoming even if they don’t speak much English and always with the smile! Local Breakfast is very good and different every day. Very quiet family which is very appreciative. Highly recommended for a stay in Hoi An, I would definitely go back there.

The owners don’t speak much English but it’s enough for basic conversation. They are so lovely! The location is good. It’s quiet and you can take a free bike to get to the city center. The room is clean and the bed is super comfy!:)

A lovely stay”
This homestay was ideal for exploring Hoi An. The location is slightly away from the Old Town, which I actually really liked because it is peaceful at nighttime, but there are still plenty of places to eat nearby, and it is a pleasant walk to the old town (less than 20 mins). The family are also very sweet. The owner even sat with me while I waited for the bus on my last day, which I really appreciated :) I would be happy to stay here again.

Just outside of Old Town. We only stayed for one night, but the room was nice and everyone was friendly. Hotel helped book a night bus to Nha Trang and even let us take a quick shower just before the bus. Very accommodating, cozy, and very friendly!

Lovely homestay ”
The family/owners of this homestay were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. I can't thank them enough for their generosity and care. The room was very clean and cute. The breakfast was incredible! So yummy. It is a little outside of old city, but a short walk or bicycle ride away(they offer free bikes, too). Can't recommend this place enough! Wonderful homestay with wonderful people.

Exceptional”
This was one of our favourite guesthouses/homestays in 7 months of travel. The husband and wife who run it are extremely friendly and just a pleasure. They helped us organise a moto and onward travel. There prices for this were cheaper then travel agents/moto rentals that we found. The breakfasts were lovely and the room itself was great!

Nice and clean Homestay with lovely staff”
Our stay at Sac Xanh Homestay was very nice. The room was clean. They offered free bikes which we used to explore Hoi an and the nearby beach which i can only recommend. The breakfast varied daily and was very filling. The hosts are lovely and happy to help anytime.

Very kind staff and delicious breakfast. Room was clean, but bathroom needs to be upgraded. I do not recommend, that you rent a scooter there, because we got 2 scooters, both in very bad condition.

The were really nice. They tried to help us with everything there and they made everyday a tasty breakfast for us. The also give us bikes for free and keep our backpacks while we were in cham islands! It worth it!!!

The owners dont speak much english, but are super friendly and happy to help with any directions or problems you might have The room was very clean, and with no double room available, we were upgraded to the family room at no extra cost A little far away from main part of Hoi An (not really, but in the heat it felt far), but free bicycles to use to ride around and get to Old Town 100% would stay here again, unless you're looking for the hostel experience over a homestay

Love the food they cooked as every breadfast. Me and my husband has the good time to spend here. We both love breadfast here. Nice, tasty and seasonally price for the room. The host also very friendly. For sure next time if we have a chance to come back Hoi An. We will stay here👍.

Lovely hosts”
This great value for money homestay is a bit out of town (25mins walk), the hosts, although they don’t speak much English are very lovely and helpful, rooms are basic and fairly clean.
