I've stayed at SACO Birmingham - Brindleyplace apartments several times now. Each time the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are splendidly spacious and furnished with all the amenities you may need. The location is good with many restaurants/bars around. There is also a nice canal area nearby. However it is at least a 10 minute walk to the center of New Street, where you can find the shopping centres. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location, enjoyable stay”
We were visiting the Christmas market and wanted to find a hotel close enough to the station and the market itself to accommodate 4 people. Upon arriving, we were warmly greeted and the check in process was handled efficiently (love the coffee machine in the reception area). The apartment was lovely, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate lounge/kitchen. The kitchen was well kitted so that you could prepare a meal if you wanted to, everything looked shiny and new. We particularly appreciated the welcome basket which included fresh milk and a range of teas, coffees, hot chocolate and cookies. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher but the manager in charge quickly came to fix it and it was working fine after that. Would stay again when we next visit Birmingham.

We stayed in SACO apartments for 4 nights in a two bedroom. The apartment was speciuos, clean, and beautiful. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great and close to everything. As street and the mailbox about 10 minutes walk away and the Bullring is about 20 minutes to walk. We really loved our stay at SACO and we definately will stay again.

Nicely appointed service apartments with city views and easy access to the canal, Sea Life, library, Barclaycard Arena. Plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep, with parking and a Spar and Sainsbury's Local just a short walk away.

Great location staff very helpfull and friendly but aptartment starting to get a bit tired and in need of a refurb Good size bedrooms and lounge but furniture and wooden floor needs replacing and cooker needed a really good clean We only stayed for one night so not a main issue but if I was staying for a few nights then here are the following points that would need to be addresed All draws in bedrooms need looking at either dont shut or will not close TV in main room not working properly you had to fiddle with ariel to get a good picture then every time you changed channel you had to turn off subtitles very annoying Cooker wants a really good clean inside

Well equipped and tastefully done apartment, with great wifi and everything that I could want to make me feel like home. Daily garbage collection was a plus and the staff were really nice and accommodating. Brindley place is located in a very vibrant surrounding with lots of restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. Loved being there !!
