Great staff and goof location. ”
We stayed for 3 days in junior suite. From start till the end of our stay, staff was very humble and friendly, Location was fairly central to connect to near by routes. Room was of good size, kitchen was OK but no utensils inside so you best bring your own utensils! Break fast buffet was average, nothing special to it. On the whole we enjoyed it. Thanks Safeer!

Best location, Clean and quite place”
Safeer is conveniently located near all major attractions. I like so many food options in the walkind distance including Saverna bhawna, Nizam biryani, KFC, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Turkish stores, other indian stores.... Place is generally clean and quite. Staff is helpful, especially Samir!

Good Value”
it's was a. good value hotel, in a prime location in muscat. the hotel was easy to find...we had driven from dubai. the room layout was good...junior suite. this allowed us to relax with a drink . the breakfast s adequate, without being super deluxe. the rooms are older, but well maintained, and totally adequate for the price. we would eryainly use this hotel again. it is not five star!!! it is a good hotel, without all the frills!

Wonderful stay”
I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Checking was done quickly. Upon checking in I learned that I was upgraded to a Junior Suite. It was a very big room for one person. It had a small kitchen, a living room and a washer in it's bathroom. Breakfast was satisfactory. Variety was few but sufficient. Hotel restaurant served lunch and dinner as well at reasonable prices. Menu was limited.

Unfriendly receptionist”
We visited the hotel directly and informed receptionist that we would book via Agoda.com and stay in their hotel. We requested assistance to avail their wifi in advance or pay for it so we can book our stay. The receptionist clearly mentioned that wifi is for guest only. We end up searching for wifi nearby the hotel just to book our room online. When we did book the room, the receptionist transformed and acted as per his job description. Its too plain, we did not feel the home away from home feelings and there is no flexibility as we are travelling by road and we were too exhausted that time

Decent hotel with a very good location ”
it was a very good location - close to many attractions and near the centre district. coming out from the hotel there are many restaurants on the left hand side, fast food though. however the front desk staff was not very efficient. breakfast was not idea and not much amenities in the hotel.

The hotel is at a conveneint location. The rooms are good and comofrtable. But the service very mediocre and internet service never worked and there was nobody to fix it.

Disappointing”
Overall, a disappointment. The staff were not particularly pleasant or helpful. The breakfast was not varied or particularly good, and the room had problems. Water leaked into the room from somewhere outside even though it was not raining. The room had a bad smell sometimes. There are better options in this price range.
