Decent hotel, a little far from centre ”

The staff didn't speak much English but tried to be helpful, they helped us organise motorbikes and recommended a great restaurant we ended up eating at a few times.Good value for money however it's a little far from the city centre - if you have a motorbike this is no problem. They even let us shower before our night train which was ideal after a day of sightseeing in the heat. Slight confusion with splitting our bill due to a communication barrier but all ok.

Terrible - STAY AWAY!!!!! ”

Worst hotel ever. Staff were terrible. Could not sleep at night because workers family stay in the hotel and make noise all the time. More like a low budget flat. Location worst of all. Only decent restaurant is 1,5km away. They also overcharge for everything. Do yourself a favour and book another hotel.

Short and Simple”

Beautiful designs for rooms. very traditional ninh binh. Smooth check in, friendly staffs with good security, however, seems to be quite a walking distance to the main road.

Decent hotel”

Decent place to stay. Clean and spacious, but partner did experience a rash outbreak possibly due to bedbugs. A bit of a walk to get food, but for the money you save it is worth it.

Can't think of a good thing to say about the hotel”

Only stayed here two nights but that was more than enough. The room at first seemed fine but when we took a closer look the beds were as hard as the the sleeper train, we could hear everything in the corridors and because we were on the first floor could here all the horns from the road. The staff don't speak English so trying to ask for anything was a real struggle. The restaurant and bar on the top floor appeared to be closed down so we couldn't get any food. And with the location of the hotel out of the small town area it's a bit of a walk, there are a few little street food vendors along the way however.

Friendly and convenient”

At first sight you could think that the hotel is far from the city centre but as Ninh Binh is only a place to sleep in order to visit the surroundings, the quietness of the streets and view on the river made it a winner hotel. Our stay was comfortable and friendly. The staff spoke a bit of english which is a plus. Good value for money, just all we needed.

um einen zwischenstopp einzulegen ist das sai gon hotel bestens geeignet. die zimmer zur straße haben einen schönen blick zm fluss, sind jedoch entsprechend laut.das personal war sehr bemüht, für uns die abfahrtsstelle vom bus nach hue zu finden + telefonierte für uns mehrfach. wir konnten ohne aufpreis erst am abend auschecken. als nachteilig empfanden wir die lage. der weg zur stadt an einer viel befahrenen straße war ungemütlich. wir mieteten daher ein moped, was wir die nacht über in die garage stellen konnten.

Geen Engels sprekend personeel. luidruchtig personeel en andere onbeschofte gasten. Geen ramen. Geen afzuigsysteem in badkamer. 25 minuten lopen van centrum.

Địa điểm thuận tiện vì gần bến xe và ga tàu, tuy nhiên hơi xa tụ điểm ăn uống của thành phố. Phòng ưng nhất là giường rộng rãi.

Vị trí tạm được,gần trung tâm nhưng xa các quán ăn uống,phòng nhỏ cũ,toilet k dc sạch sẽ lắm Kĩ năng lễ tân của nhân viên yếu,cần được năng cao hơn. Ks kiểu gia đình,ng dân rất nhiệt tình hướng dẫn.

Khách sạn bên ngoài nhìn rất lớn nhưng phòng ở lại hơi chật (không giống như hình quảng cáo - the real room is not the same as advertising images). Giá có thể chấp nhận được nhưng khách sạn ở hơi xa trung tâm, ít quán ăn uống xung quanh và nhân viên phục vụ không được nhiệt tình! Khách sạn cần ghi nhận và cải thiện!
