Misinformation and poor conditions”
It is not true that they have free breakfast, actually they don't provide breakfast at all. The called dormitory with 8 double beds is actually the same dormitory but they have 8 double beds plus the others. There is no kitchen either. You can never turn off the lights of the dormitory, not even at night for sleeping. There is no door to separate the room from the reception, but it is not noisy. The owner speak no English but tries to communicate with a translator in the phone. We arrived 5h before the check in and he wanted to charge us "one more night" at a higher price than we paid for the others, we managed to get some discount. There are no towels, toiletries or even toilet paper in the toilet. The air conditioner is always on so cold and I heard many people coughing and sneezing, including myself. I asked for an extra blanket and I got one. It is in the city centre and has nice mattress but I would not repeat, we actually stayed longer in the city but changed to another hostel.

First, we would like to thank your review. However, our booking does not include breakfast for all rooms (on the website stated. Because the room rate of 100,000 VND is similar to $ 4 for 2 people. Not enough fee for water, bed, air-condition.. . You are the first one to ask for breakfast. Secondly, this is a super cheap dormitory room so of course the equipment and some things will not meet your expectations. We try to bring the most basic things: a sleeping place, an air conditioner, a hygienic shower. In accordance with that price. Pros: Nice room, good noise cancellation, good A/C Cons: you have to your your shoes off, but the floor is not clean. No curtains, so we had to ask them for a sheet we could hang up. The owners speak English well, but they give off a very uninterested vibe.

Apparently, this and nearby phuc khanh hotel are same boss. Beds are better here. Phuc khanh needs overhaul. Here is cheaper and convenient. Staffs don't speak English. Smoke from smokers outside come inside the only dorm room. No towels.

Only ok place to stay if you want a cheap dorm for one night. There is not door to separate the room from the reception, no place to socialize or just chill outside the room so it is a bit claustrophobic. On the plus side you can refill your water bottle and the location is ok.

The bed is not a king bed as labelled on here. It’s a small double bed. The dorm has many beds and there is no door to the dorm... it is literally at the entrance of the hostel! The staff do not speak English and took about 20 minutes to find our booking. There is a sign that says no talking allowed and it is in a very small alley. The bathrooms are clean and so are the beds but I wouldn’t stay longer than one night

Be careful : No soap, no towel, really small safe and no hang out or meet up area. Also it’s in a really small Street no problem but some people might find it a bit scary. Becareful of the staffs not too friendly in general, but I saw they canceled my booking and took all the cash I had left while I did say I wanted to pay online I also paid the cancelation fee so be on your guard. If you just looking for a cheap comfortable bed, the place is rather clean, the bathroom is well kept most showers have hot water. It’s a long corridor with beds so peacefulness really depends on who books.

We paid £4 for a double bed and when we turned up it looked a bit like a cage home. There’s literally a long corridor with beds crammed into either side each one with a curtain. I’d bring a bed liner and ear plugs because it’s not very clean but very noisy in the night with people coming in and out. It did the trick for one night but I wouldn’t stay again.

Generally very positive impressions. It is a dormitory with many beds, but it's very comfortable. Each bed is in a niche, with a curtain, so you have some privacy. There is air conditioning, so the temperature is pleasant. There are 4 bathrooms, so that's plenty. The location is great. The only drawback is that there is only one electricity socket in each bed niche - since it is a double bed, there should be at least two sockets. Overall, good experience for the price and I recommend it .

My girlfriend and I took this hotel twice during our travel. It's a dormitory with many beds, but it's very comfortable. Each bed is in a niche with a curtain, so you can still have some privacy. There are 4 bathrooms available, so that's plenty. For this price and location I think it's worth it. The only drawback is that there is only one electricity socket in the bed niche - considering that it is a double bed, there should at least be two sockets in there.

Although the hostel is in the center, it cannot be defined as such. The beds are niches, the bathroom has never been cleaned in 3 days of stay despite being pointed out. There is no "relaxation" area where you can have breakfast. The hostel has no service (bike, breakfast, motorbike). total carelessness of the place. We spent little but this must not affect hygiene and friendliness. Better spend a little more for another place.

This couple booked for 4 nights and wanted to cancel 1 night but could not agree. We told them to contact Agoda to cancel but they refused but insisted on asking us to pay 90,000 vnd in cash. They were very upset and started torturing us. They asked for a private bathroom even though we had 3 that were open. We had to give them the one that was being repaired because of the power failure and they said it wasn't cleaned every day. They sit for breakfast every day with their cakes and our hot, sugary water. During our 4 day stay, they asked us to do this and that and we all responded. However, due to not being returned for the last 1 day, they gave us an incorrect rating on Agoda.

La ubicación es fatal. Esta en un callejón metido para adentro que es un terror, súper sucio y lleno de cosas. Después el hotel está limpio, si... los q atienden no entienden casi nada de inglés y la zona de camas individuales tipo hostel no tiene puerta! Solo una cortina transparente. No lo recomiendo.

旅行者が集まる場所から徒歩数分の所にあるゲストハウスです。 ドミトリールームではありますが、カプセルホテルのような造りで各ベッドが壁で仕切られており、なおかつカーテンが付いているので最低限のプライベート空間は確保できました。 ただ、当然、声や音は筒抜けなので、一緒に泊まる人によって快適さに当たり外れはあるかと思います。 私が泊まった時は、携帯でイヤホンを使わずに映像を観ている人や、メッセージが届いた時に鳴る音が深夜でも構わずピコピコ鳴っていたので、しばしば起こされることがありました。 ベトナム人は音に関して、全く周りに配慮しない人が多いので、郷に入りては郷に従えの精神で我慢するしかないです。 ホーチミンの中心地で激安で泊まれるので文句は言っちゃダメですね。 あと、シャワールームは20ベッドに対して2個か3個?（多分3個）ありますが、行列になることもなく入りたい時に入れました。 ドミトリー宿にしては凄く広くて綺麗です。 各シャワーが個室になっていて、その中にトイレも一緒に付いてる感じです。 他の方のクチコミによると、排水口のゴミが滞在中に一度も掃除されなかったらしいですが、私が泊まった時は2日目に綺麗になっていました。 ちょこちょこは掃除してるんだと思います。 フロントの人は英語がペラペラの女性とカタコト?の男性がいましたが、非常に親切で対応的には問題ないかと思います。 寝るだけで利用するのならコストパフォーマンスが非常に高いゲストハウスでオススメです。
