Great no frills little hotel clean and safe in the center of Saigon near shops and bars. Cheap and cheerful would definately stay again.

Hygiene level beyond imagination”
I checked in the first day at night, just wanting to brush my teeth and rest; the cup is filled with dark brown stink, which I suspect is coffee from the last guest. I complained the next morning and order the room to be clean. Then the next day I return, this time taking a shower, just to discover the shower tray is filled with dust, with a dried up, opened shampoo bottle, likely from the last guest as well. I am surprised to find these after I have raised my complaint at the hygiene. When I begin to dry my body, I discovered the towel smells sourly like old sweat. While they made my bed, the obviously do their work not thoroughly at all. I stayed 3 days, as Agoda couldn’t intervene to cancel the booking (I contacted them twice just to receive the same reply that the hotel has the final decision), and the hotel refused to address to the issues. That means once you booked, you are doomed with no one to call for assistance. Besides the hygiene issues mentioned above, the wardrobe is also filled with dust, I didn’t use it so I can assume it doesn’t exist;

Nice Room, Close to Everything, Great Staff, but Very Noisy until Midnight ”
We stayed here for a few nights because we needed to get documents done at various government offices. The rooms were comfortable, clean enough, and the pillow top bed was amazing. The only real issue we had was out of the hotel's control; the restaurant next-door played very loud (although a great playlist) music until midnight every night. It was so loud, we couldn't talk to each other, even though we were sitting next to each other. The staff was apologetic and moved us to a higher floor and a room on the far side of the hotel. If you stay here, request a room as far from the restaurant as possible (rooms ending in 3 are closest to the party.)

소음과 위생에 자신있으신분들한테 추천!!”
일단 위치는 좋습니다. 그리고 나머지가 최악입니다. 내가 예약한 방은 없어요. 다른사람이 쓰고 있어요. 이야기를 해도 어쩔수 없다네요. 그리고 준 방이 대박!! 침대에 개미가 수십마리기어다닙니다.근데 그 개미가 화장실 변기, 세면대 등에도 수백마리가 있어요. 청소는 머 말할것도 없구요 침대 이불만 들쳐도 머리카락이 엄청납니다. 그리고 하이라이트는 숙소 바로 뒷건물에서 들리는 클럽의 엄청난 소음 ㅋ 우리 숙소가 클럽인줄 알았네요 . 저녁 8시쯤 부터 시작해서 새벽까지 한국음악8 현지음악2 가 흘러 나옵니다. 그리고 거기에 고양이들의 울음소리가 밤새 계속들리구요. 한마리가 우는게 아니고 몇마리다 쉬지않고 울더라구요. 이런 불편함만 감수할수 있으면 위치 하나는 정말 좋습니다. 근데 저는 다시는 안갈거 같아요.
