My Favorite Hotel in Shibuya”
I refuse to stay anywhere else whenever I’m in Tokyo. This is perhaps my 4th or 5th time booking with Sakura Fleur. The hotel motif has a cute, vintage, cottage-core vibe which makes it unique and aesthetically pleasing to stay in. Cleanliness is pristine and if you opt not to have your room cleaned by housekeeping, they still leave a pack of fresh towels at your door every morning. The front desk staff are courteous, efficient and accommodating. Furthermore, they all speak English very well which makes this hotel extra friendly for foreigners. There are complimentary toiletries available at the front desk as well. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Shibuya station and Shibuya crossing. Just a head’s up that you will need to walk uphill and cross an overpass to arrive at the hotel from Shibuya station so it might be challenging in terms of bringing large, heavy luggage. If you’re bringing large, heavy luggage I might advise taking a taxi at least for check-in day. Check out is at 10:00am but you can leave your luggage with the front desk staff and pick it up later if your flight or train leave later in the day. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would!

Lovely quaint hotel near shibuya big rooms ”
I love this hotel and it’s quaint and quirky decor a la Victorian era with a modern twist - floral wallpaper, chandeliers, bedspreads and comfy big rooms (for Tokyo). Great and helpful staff, bottled water everyday. Have stayed before and like the location to shibuya, scramble square and the Tokyu food show. Pricing is pretty good for Tokyo which is generally expensive. Shibuya is a great location to see Tokyo highlights and is near Omotosando, Meiji Shrine and Harajuku. Also one train stop from Shinjuku and the Nex train to Narita is direct from Shibuya.

This hotel was in a great location to visit family. Think floral and cute rather than modern interior but very nice. Staff are VERY polite and helpfully. A great stay. Double bed rooms are dble only not a queen size bed.

The location is quite difficult to reach if you carry large luggage from Shibuya station as you need to cross on the flyover. But the room facilities and staffs services are exceptional excellent.

Relatively near JR station”
Only main annoyance is we need to cross the bridge each time with we go back and forth to the hotel. With heavy luggage, it was a hassle. Apart from that, everything is good. It was raining one day and the staff pleasantly lent us an umbrella. Very near Gyu Motormura which is a good food place too. Also walking distance to our favorite Gindanco (Octopus Ball) chain.

Good theme hotel, location is OK, beware the bridge for crossing”
Everything is good, the only exception is we need to carry the luggage over the bridge which I don't expect it. But the hotel is spacious more than other place, good theme hotel, 5 min to Shibuya station, no restaurant at this moment (under renovated) but the soap and every amenities inside room is good

I really enjoyed my stay at Sakura Fleur Aoyama Hotel! The room was a decent size for Tokyo compared to other business hotels I have stayed at in Japan. I wouldn't call this a business hotel at all, but just mention it because it is in that price range. I thought the vintage European design was really cool. It made the place feel warm, unique and less sterile than your normal hotel interior design. It felt like I was staying in a room in a house or something rather than a hotel room, which was nice. All the amenities were provided and more in the room. The bed and pillows were SUPER comfortable and it was very quiet at all times. I couldn't hear any outside noise or anything. Staff were really kind and spoke good English. Great location, minutes away from the Shibuya. I really can't say enough good things about this place. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Plus they have a cute cat mascot named Magenta :)

We are recommended you to stay at "Sakura Fleur Aoyama Hotel" as it gave a safe, clean & great service started when you step-in the hotel. Communication is no issue as Hotel staffs are speak in English. Our room is at 10 floor & non-smoking Standard Double Bed room. Is quite big space with King size bed, table with 2 chairs & coat stand. Walking distance from Shibuya Excel Hotel / Mark City Mall. We had experience walk in the night & felt quite safe. The hotel counter is operated 24 hours. Nearby had a lots of convenience stall such as Seven-Eleven, Family Mart & Lawson. **P/S: There is a flyover infront hotel to cross the road. For those who un-willing to climb up & down everyday, there is traffic light to cross the road. Might take 10mins walk. **Transportation can choose Limousine Bus & ticket buy at Airport. It take about 1hour distance. 15 ~ 20mins walk distance from Excel Hotel to Sakura Fleur Hotel. 1 way is Yen ¥3100/pax.

Consistent quality and conveniently located”
I have stayed at Sakura Fleur Aoyama numerous times over the past 8 years and always come back when I want to stay in the Tokyo area. It's conveniently located near Shibuya station and offers clean rooms and a friendly staff that never fail to meet my expectations. The level of professionalism and quality service is consistent and starts with the greetings as you enter and leave your key at the front desk when you head out for the day, and continues when you come back and you get a bottle of refreshing water as you return. They check that they are giving the room key to the right person every time you come back and you feel safe leaving your luggage with them as they group your bags together and give you a luggage tag. It's a pleasant stay from beginning to end and I always recommend it to travelers, Japanese and foreign.
