‘so Good!!’ ➖ For security purposes, the door can be opened with a card. It was good, but when I forgot my card, the access was a bit inconvenient. ➕ It was a good location overlooking the river in Ho Chi Minh City. The room was larger than I thought, was quiet and clean. Kitchen utensils were also available, so we could cook simple. There was a washing machine and was able to wash easily. It was good to sunbathe and swim in the rooftop pool. There was not breakfast, but there was restaurant on the first floor and there was not inconvenience. The staff was also friendly and helpful when there was a problem.

We can't find the Appartement and just phone sometimes. The people on the "Reception" from the hole Building hasn't heard before from Sammi Hotel and Apartment. That was the only negative point. Therefore only 1 Star for Staff. Appartement was clean and functional and has a wonderful view over HCMC.

Not a good choice to stay in”
I faced a very tough time in this unit as follow: 1) very late n complicated check in 2) the owner wanted to shift us to a studio apartment. I’ve booked through Agoda 2 bedrooms apartment. The reason she (Lizy) gave is electricity problem. After a long argument I demanded refund (USD45) and agreed to stay in that studio apartment for a night. 3) we were shifted to a 2 bedrooms apartment only after 7pm. Not as promised by check in time. 4) room has no soap, tissue paper except 1 toilet role (half used) I don’t think the host is honest and the unit is not that extravaganza. U can always look for other better apartments or hotels for your lovely stay in Ho Chi Minh city

Lots to improve ”
The building is new and great and location wise this is a great place. As my first time renting an apartment I didn't know what to expect but it is so far not good. First of all it took a while for the one at the reception to find the company who was in charge for the apartment. When that finally was done and we got our room, there were not enough beds or towels for all of us so we had to ask for more. The person who gave us the keys told us we could be in touch whenever we needed help but that person never answered our questions or pick up the phone. We were also told that they would bring us more water when we finished the big waterbottle but we never got a new one even though we asked for more. The kitchen had about 4 plates and 4 bowls, 1 pan and no knifes so we couldn't even make food or cut anything.

the place is nice and clean however not as fancy as in the pic. we dont hv iron for first night but the staff manage to sent one the next day. location is good. u can go to bent thant by grab for about less than 10mins. hv swimming pool but got so many rules. and we need to go to other block. not so convenient. overall everything is awesome! kudos to staff kenny so good.

The two things I'd give this place good points are the location and modern house and the rest couldn't be much worse. The place was quite clean but there were no toilet papers in the apartment. We also had to ask for more towels and madrasses since there were not enough beds for all of us. There were no information about the apartment, when to check out or what to expect from this kind of place. I believe this place could be great if the company that is in charge for this could improve the communication and service system to make things more smooth.

生活機能方便,樓下就有小7。 大樓看起來就是高級住宅的感覺。 房屋設備等都很新也很乾淨,也附有洗衣機所以更不怕旅行途中沒衣服穿。 廁所也有新牙刷、牙膏、衛浴用品。 但衛浴用品沒有標示英文，所以很難看得懂哪個是洗髮乳或沐浴乳。

부모님 여행 예약해드렸고 몇시도착한다 사전에 얘기도 했는데 로비에 경비원이 전화번호와 호실을 요구했다고하네요 전화번호와 호실을 몰라 저한테 부랴부랴 연락이왔고 연락처를 알려줬음에도 불구하고 이십분넘게 로비에서 기다렸다고해요 가실분은 전화번호를 꼭 지참하세요!! 다행히 주인여자분은 착하셨다고하네요 방도 마음에 들었다고합니다^^
