"Perfect location, right smack at the center of San fernando, Mc Donald’s just a few steps away. It’s the best and currently the most hotel-feel accommodation in San Fernando. I just wish they could work on the wifi inside the rooms (always weak and sometimes not connecting), water heaters on the showers sometimes don’t work fast, and the fridge are warmers instead of coolers. So weird. But despite that, we still choose to stay here when we are in San fernando. "

"I put 3 stars to staff because everytime i went down to my room going outside, the guard will cut me and ask "saan kayo pupunta?" Parang tatakas ba ako sa kulungan... Sometimes i heard him shouting the same line kapag malayo nako at diniya ako naharang!. Mentality ba ito dahil ang SOGO kilalang "for short time" o talagang for security lang ng hotel para hindi sila matakasan. I hope next time all the guard know to talk properly lalo na ung girl with short hair (boyish kung kumilos). I paid in advance (credit card) pati workmates ko. We dont deserve the attitude! Food service: true after the call, less than 10minutes it will be delivered. Kudos! Kaya lang yung hot water sa cup for coffee minsan mas mainit pa ulo ko :) pero okay lang. Matutunaw nmn pagtagal tagal mong hahaluin. Room: i always stay sa executive room (Garage sa ilalim at room sa ibabaw). Wlang ipis at mabango. Spacious. Tho marami akong nakkitang hairs kung saan saan. Baka di naabot ng walis. Better use vaccum next."
