Booked 3 standard rooms for 2 nights to attend a friend's wedding. Hotel interior is cozy and homey. No floor mat for the bathroom on the first day which was a bummer for me and my friend as we are both particular with that, but they gave us one the next day. Wifi signal strong on the hallways but tend to be weak inside the rooms (no problem on my own phone though). A/C was strong in all 3 rooms. Breakfast included was good because of course it's Max's. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Welcome drinks provided (four seasons fruit punch) is a plus. Hotel is walking distance to St. Peter Cathedral and virually anything you will need for your stay - panciterias serving Tuguegarao's famous pancit batil patung, groceries, 24-hour stores, food chains like Jollibee, McDo, Greenwich, etc. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

This Hotel is good, clean, and all the workers are very nice! They have an excellent Customer Service. If I am back to Tuguegarao, I will book there again for sure. I am not sure about the name of one of the workers I think his name is Jeff this guy have an extra PLUS as a Customer Service. Also, the hotel has KTV, restaurant, convenience store 24 hours... BTW! They have a free Shuttle to the Airport !!!!!

Hotel location is within the city proper. Just few minutes walk going to Cathedral and establishment. Staff are very accommodating. We arrive a day earlier before our booking, and they are very pleased to accommodate us. So instead of staying just for 1 day, we're here for two days. Room is very cozy, though during our stay their Wi-fi is down, but i'ts okey for us. :)

Had to climb two long flights of stairs to get to the rooms. Definitely not for the elderly or the physically handicapped. No one even helped us lug our suitcases to the rooms. No help with the luggage upon check-out either. The rooms (I had two for our party) have bare walls and cheap inadequate furnishings. The towels looked like they were used to mop the floor. There is no sheet under the blanket and is inadequate against the airconditioning. There are no shower curtains so water splashes and floods the toilet floor making it dangerous, especially for the elderly, to get to the commode or the sink. As for its location, it is about four kilometers from the city center making it difficult to buy food and supplies. We moved to another hotel the following day but did not check-out early (we were booked for two nights) because they would not give a refund. This hotel is not worth the money even on a tight budget.

I regret not getting a room in this place during my previous stay in Tuguegarao. Booked a room about an hour prior to my arrival, so the slight confusion during check-in was understandable. Oscar, the owner, personally handled the situation and within five minutes, we were properly settled in our room. The place is remarkably clean and well-maintained, with the beds and baths being up to par with many two-star hotels. Banks, eating spots (Luna StrEat deserves a mention here), and shopping facilities are a very short walk away from here. You're definitely going to get more than what you pay for here. One important note though: If you're bringing a car, do note that there is limited parking available beside the hotel. If there are other guests with their own vehicles, it might be prudent to ask for alternative parking spots beforehand (especially since the hotel is in front of a one-way street).
