Perfect for our needs”
We arrived in San Juan late and wanted a clean, comfortable place to stay with a hot shower. We found that here. The staff were great. It was easy to find. The general manager Jose Franco was anxious to make sure all of our questions were answered. Breakfast was all you could ask for ( including cappuccino and omelets to order). Would definitely stay again.

We booked this hotel because we arrived the evening before our cruise. The hotel is located a few minute walk from the baggage claim at the airport. The rooms are small, but clean. The internet is very good, so we actually streamed a movie on our laptop before going to sleep. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good as well. We did hear occasional noise from the airport itself, but nothing that kept us from a good nights sleep. The location provided easy, convenient access to cruise transportation in the morning.

Good basic room for pre-cruise. Very convenient to get off your flight and then check right into your room without needing transportation. Staff were wonderful and hotel restaurant was good. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for pre- or post- flight.

Perfect for what we needed!”
Our flight arrived at 1:30 am and we just wanted a place we could lay our heads and not have to deal with rental counters or drive around in the middle of the night. Signs were up saying they are in the process of updating (many spaces were already updated). The corridor the hotel is located in looks abandoned, but overall, we’d stay here again if we had an early am departure or late arrival again.

Good overnight hotel”
Transit on to Dominica. Would have gone to beach hotel, but opted for being at the airport and getting much needed sleep. Quiet and at SJU were important and we weren't dosappointed.

Good location”
Got in at 1am so having hotel in terminal a huge plus. But expensive, the 1 check in agent took half an hour to check in 3 people, and room is clean but basic. Breakfast included is also basic. Hotel restaurant also basic. Patio with hot tub and exercise room pluses.

Great break between travel legs”
Great location on the grounds of the Airport to get a good night sleep with breakfast included before taking that second leg of your travel journey. I often fly in from the West Coast of the US and spend the night here on the way to the BVI. It makes it much easier.

Hotel was difficult to Locate within a small Airport”
Upon arriving there are no signs indicating where the Airport Hotel is located Late at night (12:30 AM) After asking a cleaning lady she pointed to an entrance with sliding doors within a new or discontinued airline ticket counter TOTALLY empty and isolated with NO SECURITY My wife was afraid because there was nobody insight. After walking over more than 20 minutes since we deplaned. We finally found a very small lobby. To reach the sixth floor we had to take 2 elevators. Absurd as it might sound, one to floor 5 and another to 6th, and the only floor worse of all the room was facing the takeoff runway. Too expensive for a 9 hours stay. But breakfast was excellent If would have arrived earlier I would not stayed there.
