Very convenient area, beautiful view, perfect for a solo or group trip, the only downside is it’s not all inclusive which would’ve made this perfect but other than that I have no complaints!

Great location and friendly staff! ”
Our room was perfect with a king bed with balcony and beautiful view. Rooftop pool was nice. Only cons are no Breakfast, the rooms could be a little bit cleaner and bed could be more comfortable with better sheets and blankets. But other than that our stay was perfect!

Mixed experience”
Unbeatable beach access. Priced accordingly. Room is comfortable but small and poorly lit. A mini-fridge would have been very helpful. The coffee packets say “best coffee in Puerto Rico,” but it doesn’t matter - the in-room brewing machine would spoil any coffee. Internet access dies at night, and won’t connect to my Mac OS at all. Housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful, and the ladies behind the front desk are gorgeous. Breakfast is served only a few days per week in the downstairs restaurant, and the upstairs (roof) restaurant is closed for remodeling. One of the two elevators was out of service for a couple of days. One evacuation due to a bogus fire alarm. Would I come here again? Yeah, I guess so.

Great location, Very close to the beach with very friendly staff and cute hotel bar/lounge area on the roof. How we several issues with cleanliness, including an unknown substance in the elevator which smelled like pee poop as well as bed sheets which were wet on our arrival. Seeing as a two day trip was 300+ dollars would have liked to see more amenities such as a fridge or microwave, or at the very least a clean room/hallway. Would recommend this location for very young couples just looking for a place to crash.

Not a 4 star hotel ”
San Juan Water & Beach Club Hotel felt more like an airport hotel than a beach club hotel. Whoever took the promo photos should get a photographer of the year award. Our room was very basic and a bit worn out like an airport hotel. this should be 3 stars. Lastly, the bellboy watch me carry my and my wife's luggage up the stair into the hotel lobby vs helping to carry it which was his job. He basically gets paid to stand there and do nothing.

Decent”
It was a decent place for the price, it is right on the beach. Our room was clean, but getting fresh towels and things was a bit difficult at times. Don't bother with the restaurant on the roof tho, you can find a better and cheaper meal any other place.

Door lock stopped working. Requested to extend my stay they reserved the additional days then gave it way,had to find other last day. Manager extremely cold unsympathetic. Overpriced hotel, other in the area better rates.

This hotel needs better cleaning, maintenance and an uplift. It’s 00’s style is outdated and not kept clean. Our room was dirty and many things needed repair or to be changed. The only positive thing is the location on the beach and the views, including from the rooftop terrace/bar/pool.

Really poor services and rooms”
We checked in and had and event that was approved by the hotel on what they said was a private beach it's not it's public beach area. We were told the person approved that had been fired and they could not honor what was arranged previously. The room were small nothing like the picture except the blue light in them no microwave, refrigerator, from service was awful. They woke us up doing construction the four of the five days we were there. Do not spend your money with these people the worst experience I ever had.

The location is perfect but the staff and rooms are horrible. No vending machines and hotel check in is at 4pm. Our room was not available u til almost 8pm. No hot water or towels. I travel often and this was my first time and last time at this hotel!

I wait hour for my room and went I go to the elevator the people no use the masks. No body say nothing went I go use the pool have kotea and so dirty and I go the next day stay the same Im trays go for lunch but say is a 11am so late went arrived a restaurant she say sorry but not ready about one hour because no have the menu ready. Personal I no come back never.
