Very great staying”
I highly recommend this place for families its very comfortable and clean There is all facilities ( kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine/ with all suplies Heater and fridge and stove with full appliances Location is 10 by car and bus to hyde park and oxford street 20 minutes to buckenham palace There is supermarket and starbuks just nearby And the area full of restaurants Primark is 2 minutes walking on the same street

All in all it was good stay. They need to mention that kids are not allow to use the swimming pool without a companion and that swimming pool is only available for people who stay for more than 7 nights that wasn’t logical for me. I stayed for 6 nights and I weren’t allowed to use the swimming pool.

great apartment - super management”
I can only say good things about this place. 150 meters to Kilburn Park Tube Station (15 min to Oxford Circus), and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants close by. Sanctum also offers free use of a very good gym 50 meters down the road and has underground parking @ a reasonable price for London. Clean, well maintained, televisions and cable in each bedroom and living room. Washer/dryer in the kitchen, and everything worked. Internet was fine too. Great stay and great location”
The room was more spacious than expected - plenty of room to relax and entertain. It was well decorated and much bigger than a hotel. All the staff were very friendly. Philip was always very welcoming at the reception, as were the reception staff and the hotel manager. Great location: there's a Tesco Express supermarket and Starbucks next to Sanctum, which was very convenient. Kilburn Park tube station (Bakerloo line) is a short walk. The bus stop is next to Starbucks and has buses for Hyde Park/Oxford Circus/Holborn and also Victoria station.

So good we extended our stay”
We extended our stay after learning we couldn’t cover all the major places we wanted to visit. At first we thought of moving to Hyde Park area but later on, we decided to stay at the Sanctum because we kind of felt at home already there. The apartment was tastefully decorated with good sized and comfortable rooms. Well worth every dime spent.

Sanctum is a nice apartment set broadly in Central London. Being close to Edgware road, which is 'the place' for superb Middle Eastern and Indian food is a plus. It is also sufficiently close to other attractions, although the price point in a mild peak period could be adjusted downward. Otherwise, super-friendly staff and ready to help.

Everything was great. Some little extras such as fresh milk and coffee would be welcome but the apartment was clean and comfortable and staff were very pleasant and friendly. Not much around locally but very close to Kilburn Park station so it was easy to get around London. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay ”
The location is great above Starbucks and easy access to bus (2 mins walk), near to groceries and all shops. The building is secure and safe ,Super clean and the flats are spacious with all appliances available . Above all that the staff is helpful, friendly and very cooperative. The best team of staff I came across through my visits around the world. The space is bigger than any other flats in London and suitable for families. Felt at home.

Excellent apartment in good location”
Very clean and comfortable apartment that is well maintained. Staff were very nice. Some traffic noise in a front bedroom but you get used to it and fall asleep quickly. We used a 16 bus to Hyde Park Corner then caught an open top bus around centre and tickets are on sale at Hyde Park booth. We caught a direct overground train from Euston Station which is only 2 stops away to the apartment. I would recommend buying an Oyster card at the station and this covers trains and buses and costs £5 returnable deposit and £15 credit which is also returnable if unspent. (no cash on buses).

A nice apartment with lots of space. Very near to the metro and busses. The neighboorhood the hotel are in is not so nice to explore, but as the transport from there is easy, it is not a problem to go somewhere else more interesting. Only one little tiny thing: One of the days our room were not cleaned by the staff.

Modern spacious and well equipped hotel”
The apartment is very modern and beautifully furnished. Kilburn Park tube station is a few minutes walk away and there is a Tesco express store right next to the apartment. Basement parking provided but rather expensive

It was a pleasant stay. Working internet was a huge bonus. It isn't in the heart of the city but means it is quiet without the hustle. WIthin5 min walk to 2 train stations and lines and a few bus stops are just on the doorstep. It is very convenient to explore London and Camden.

Not a central location but very convenient”
The Kilburn underground is about 5 min walk and there are many bus routes that go to central London. Place is clean and staff are very helpful. The only issue is the shower which is little tricky to use. Other than that, everything is fine.
