Great Hotel Especially for the Money”
I stayed overnight for an event in Chiba and this was a great hotel for that purpose. It is extremely cheap, but none of the facilities or the room itself show that. The room was extremely quiet, which was a welcome change from some previous experiences at other hotels. The room I had had some surprising amenities like a stove and sink, which though I didn't need them were nice to see anyway. All in all one of the best values for a hotel I've ever had.

JR千葉駅からだと少し歩きますが、京成ローザあたりからだと結構すぐに着きます。 スタッフの方は丁寧でした。24時間フロントにいらっしゃるので、安心出来ました。 設備は古めですが、ベッドやタオルは清潔で、ビジホによくある生乾きのような嫌な臭いはしませんでした。 アメニティは少なめです。 女性はクレンジング、洗顔、化粧水、乳液は必ず持参した方がいいです。 歯ブラシと簡単なヘアブラシはありました。 私が泊まった日は同じ階の宿泊客はみんな静かで、落ち着いて眠れました。 総合的にコスパも良くて満足でした！

交通の便が案外良かった”
早めに予約を入れたからか、GWでもお手頃価格で泊まれて良かったです。 駅から近くないので交通の便が気になっていましたが、近くにバス停がありバスでの移動が充実していると思いました。 ホテルや部屋は結構古くてサービスも可も不可も無い感じでしたが、泊まるだけと思えば充分でした。

スタッフがどうのではなく 設備がお客様を大切にしない時代のものなので他のカプセルの方が寝心地がいい。具体的改善としてスリッパ、枕、掛け布団から。風呂がせまいのだからせめて寝心地ぐらいは確保しましょう。

下雨时入住的，酒店门口有寄存伞的可以上锁的柜子，比较人性化，房间也是标准日本房间，那种比较小一点的。距离千叶jr车站有两站单轨列车车站那么远地点还可以。
