Great Old World Colonial Style Hotel With Charming and Helpful Staff and Fantastic Breakfast Buffet!”
Rented a suite on the 11th floor and it was “Sweet!”. Front desk gives directions, helps with travel, exchanges money, gives pointers for about town. I could seriously live here for an extended period, really, if I had the chance. The Customer Relations woman was superb and asked what I needed, was I happy, what changes would I recommend, etc. Very impressive. The breakfast bar is one of the best I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot. Lots of choices and my last day they had a specialty duck dish that the chef himself came out and invited me to try! I have read reviews that weren’t impressed and they must be very spoiled to not love these offerings. I ate breakfast here and it was a super start to an already fantastic day. Highest recommendation for the Sanouva Danang!

still a nice hotel, but showing its age just a touch”
I have stayed at the Sanouva in the past, and always found it a bit of a treat when I'm in Da Nang. It is still a nice hotel, for sure, but is off the boil just a touch. The places is starting to show it's age a bit, although it is still a nice hotel, for sure. It was very well priced this stay, which is likely a result of tourism still being effected by the tail end of the pandemic. Breakfast is pretty good, but again, not quite the standard that it once was. The staff are still as lovely as ever. The rooms are a generous size, and nicely appointed. It is a much quieter location than being right down on the riverside, but you are still close enough to walk to just about anywhere of interest. For the price I paid to stay this time, it was a great deal, but I guess I can't help look back, when it was truly on the top of it's game.

Great hotel great location great people”
Sanouva is in a great location for exploring the town of Danang, is about a 5 minute walk to baguette shops and cute local coffee shops selling local and western coffee. It's about 10 minutes walk to the river with its beautifully lighted bridges. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms feel new, are a nice size and very clean. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Great Hotel”
Very nice hotel, perfect location (just few minutes from the Dragon Bridge, the market and the pink church). The WiFi works perfectly. The staff is very nice and helpful, especially Lua and Dat. They let us leave our luggage at the hotel after the check-out as our flight was leaving late at night, and then they called a very cheap taxi for us. Thanks to Dat's recommendation, we could enjoy the fireworks from the Dragon Bridge. The breakfast buffy is very good and has many choices. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we go back to Da Nang! Slim & Michiko

A hidden gem with great hospitality”
We booked the suite and were pleasantly surprised. Positives - staff came and checked on us once to make sure we have everything we need - any request is fulfilled quickly - breakfast is actually delicious and not just a spread for the sake of a spread - one touch lights for the entire room - very helpful front door staff. They have stairs but the staff is willing to help constantly with strollers cabs etc OK, its not by the river for those who want to be on it - but 7-8 min walk really to the water from it and well located among lots of restaurants

By far the best hotel we have been at for a reasonable price. It’s within walking distance to the local shops and markets and away from the touristy areas. 10 to 15mins from airport and 10 to 15mins to Lotte mart or sunworld.
