The condo was lovely! The kitchen, the dining room, and the living room were wonderfully decorated and fully stocked with the necessities. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The bedrooms were comfortable as well. Even the bathrooms had all the basic items and a few extra touches for the ladies. The management called and texted us to make sure our needs were met. Even our neighbor couple was so friendly! A much-needed break from our everyday lives; the kids had a wonderful time. I definitely recommend this condo, and we hope to return soon.
the lack of an elevator did make the frequent trips a slight struggle, especially with groceries and luggage. otherwise it was great!

Comfortable Beach Condo”

Roomy and clean- exactly as pictured. However, description of room states king bed in master bedroom and this is not accurate. Netflix and Pluto TV was a nice option. Kitchen is well stocked with a varied of cookware, cups, dishes. It has a full-size coffee maker, full fridge with freezer, large microwave, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer! I don’t think I realized how valuable this was until I didn’t have to rewear a gross, ocean soaked swimsuit or bring back a week worth of dirty laundry for a family of four. Nice balcony with view of bay. Across the street from the beach and the (free) trolley stop. Next door to a 24 hour gas station with grocery. Quiet neighborhood.
Internet was fast but not reliable. Had to reset the router multiple times but still had difficultly making it through a movie without the internet going out. No traditional TV channels or cable to watch when the internet was out. Master bedroom had a queen bed instead of king bed as described. Other rooms were as expected. Construction in the unit above us on the last three days we were there. It was so loud that I couldn’t stand being inside.

Location, cleanliness, spacious, private...
The window blinds in the master bedroom are broken and cannot be opened which got in the way of the view and walking in and out of the master bedroom. Need to replace the blinds throughout the condo and add TVs to the bedrooms.

The location was excellent,you could not be too much better for the price . Beach directly across the street. Pool, Small Store For necessities in walking distance
The property was a big age in my opinion I needed a couple of upgrades I would think by the time you finish paying for the travel taxes and the stay for four days you’re paying $1200 so I think that more moderate furniture should’ve been placed inside it’s great for a family that has children and continue to be messy it’s hard to damage stuff that’s not there
