Family time”
The hotel has only been opened for a few months but shows great potential. Our stay, especially with small kids, has been awesome. We originally reserved 2 rooms for 1 night but ended up extending 1 more night. The staff were really attentive and would cater to our needs. They were quick to act on our concern and really provided great customer service. Pool time's only an hour a day due to covid restrictions but they made sure that the pool was clean and that we were the only ones in the pool area on our scheduled time. Our kids really enjoyed!

Hotel Hidden in the Metro”
Not all facilities are showing in Agoda, we were surprised to know that there was a swimming pool, a small refrigerator in each unit. If you are looking to go shopping, buy food for your room and those things, it is pretty easy since you are VERY Very close to establishments as you are literally next to it. The Mall, Supermarket, Cinema etc.

They have accomodating staff, resulting to our smooth transaction upon check-in. They also provide us free parking space that was secured. We love the interior design of our room most specially the bathtub. We surely come back and bring our friends, thank you Santorini Hotel. 💖

Again this hotel could've been perfect if they have WIFI connection! Also, a TV remote that can reach whenever part of the room, we have to get up to turn it on, off or change channels. And one more thing a "do not disturb" sign to put on our door, that way we can sleep without interruption.

Cheap hotel but very clean”
Great. The only thing that I noticed is that, there is a little foul smell coming from the sewers in the bathroom area..... but our room was very clean... the bathroom was also clean. The tub was clean and it did not have any hairs or stains.. No insects. Pillows, linens bed sheets were all clean!

Overnight Stay”
Nice hotel with very nice location. Easy access to malls and restaurants. The room has comfy bed and nice interior. Downside is that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. I saw dead cockroach and dirty toothbrush at the bottom of the sink, there was bottle caps at the bottom of the bed. The toilet and bathtub was not scrubbed well. The bathroom floor have leaks from the bathtub. I did ask for assistance however there was no available staff in the evening. The hotel has potential, just needs to have proper maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms.
