The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice and comfortable. There were many restaurants in walking distance. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and gave great advice on which activities to do.

Only downfall was the coffee, very weak no alternatives, had to take a Uber to Get a good cappuccino or latte. I would only go back there if they got a good expresso machine like the Marriott casino in Condado.

Let's be frank. It is truly regrettable the fact that unless you pay $18.95 for indoor parking or $25 for Valet parking, you would have a hell of a time to park your rental. The hotel had a pool and hot tub which made the stay very positive. The front desk staff were awesome. Special thanks to Scarlet who was super helpful. The facilities were acceptable. The only complaint was that breakfast was a little crowded at times and the food was sometimes dry. The location and price were excellent.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the shower. You could not maintain water pressure or temperature. Everything else was great. The staff was nice. Our room had a good view. Felt the hotel charged a larger fee but delivered less than the quality such a fee should cover.

Overall, very good. You cannot beat the location- the beach, convenience stores, restaurants and bars are only a step away and you are paying much less than the vast majority of hotels in the area. The room was clean, but quite small. The noise from the air conditioner was the main issue for me. Breakfast was included, but the selection was limited to white bread and cereals etc. only.The staff was polite and willing to help with booking daily activities etc. The building itself looks very cute from outside.

Conturce was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Very clean, spacious, good facilities, conveniently located, and most importantly amazing staffs! I will definitely stay there again!

If you're looking for luxury this is not your hotel but if you're looking for a clean confy room with excellent location,this is it. Clean rooms, relaxing terrace on the roof and excellent location. Walking distance from supermarket,restaurants and the beach.

The hosts were incredibly gracious! They explained the area, the things happening in town, provided maps of local eateries and the bus lines - very friendly folks. We loved our stay here prior to and after our Cruise. The room was very spacious and clean with a nice Ensuite Bathroom. Very comfortable Queen bed and a great air conditioner. The staff were wonderful and could not have been more helpful. We loved our stay here And would definitely return if we ever return to San Juan.

This was my second stay at this hotel post-hurricane Maria. Stayed in newly renovated cabana wing. In ocean view room. Staff was excellent. One of two hotels in area with a casino. Beach was beautiful. Pool has a swim up bar and there are daily activities at pool area. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros- great area everything is within walking distance. Hot tub always monitored and kept clean. Cons- the rooftop bar is almost nonexistent. Only used for breakfast. Limited parking, however, they do have an assigned lot within walking distance. General- I would definitely stay here again
