トイレの扉の蝶板が壊れていたのと 大浴場の脱衣場の壁紙の劣化がそのままだったのに目をつぶれば、 景色、食事、温泉とも上々でした。 風呂から上がり、食事の際の生ビールは美味しかった。

コロナの影響は大きいと感じさせる伊香保温泉でした。ホテルと言うより旅館な感じですね。 早くいっぱい宿泊者が増えて、館内の修理などなどに手が回るといいかな。

はじめてagodaで予約したのに対応があまりにもひどすぎる、ホテルにいったらアゴダの予約でなく、近畿ツーリストからの予約といわれ1歳4か月の乳児を4歳児の追加といわれ、コロナで行けなかったのでキャンセル料を請求されました。3歳未満は無料なのでホテルを決めたのにアゴダの対応は最悪でした、 ホテルは良かったです、キャンセル料取らなかったです。私としてはagodaで、予約連絡したのに、きんきツーリストになっているのがとても不明です、はじめての人の対応はもう少し分かりやすくして欲しいです、念のために直接ホテルと連絡をした方が正確に伝わることを学びました。

お料理は大変豪華で食べきれない程でしたが施設が…”
お正月の3日、4日で家族5名で利用しました。伊香保は古い旅館が多いのでそこそこならと思ってました…料理は夕飯、朝食共に豪華で食べきれない程でしたが大浴場と露天風呂は古く清潔感に欠ける感じでした。脱衣所は髪の毛が落ちて、コロコロとワイパーが置いてありました、シャワーの出が悪くシャンプーして洗い流すまで時間がかかりました… おへやの壁紙が剥がれてたり、ユニットバスには誰の髪の毛なのか分からない物が落ちてたりと少し残念てました。

階段街から離れるが、御免という人気の食べ処が近い。建物は古めで浴場も老朽化が否めないが、昭和レトロな雰囲気があり趣はある。朝食は思ってた以上の物が出ておいしくいただけた。

3人で朝食付き37000円。 部屋にトイレはなし。 共同トイレは古くて怖かったので、大浴場のトイレを使用してました。 畳に大きなシミもあり、布団はタバコ臭かった。 二度目はないかなぁ、、。 伊香保温泉の階段までは歩いて10〜15分ぐらい。 I do not recommend this hotel . Look for other accommodation.

部屋にトイレがなく、共用トイレだった。泊まったフロアの女性用は和式が２つ、洋式１つ。とても狭く、水の流れが悪いのか毎度100%前者の流れ切っていない汚物を流してから使用していた。 館内は下水、トイレの匂いが充満したような匂いで辛かった。 部屋はおもてなしするレベルではなく、汚かった。天井には手の跡なとがついており怖かった。冷房は古いかなり昔の弱〜強の三段階の冷風機の様なものだった。 網戸は閉まらず壊れており、窓を開けると下まで開くタイプで幼児は落ちない様に気を付けないといけない。 浴場はまぁ雰囲気はあるが、清掃が不十分なためもったいない。扇風機もエアコンもついておらず、湯上りが汗だらりで辛かった。髪の毛もいっぱい落ちており、定期清掃をしていないレベルだった。 スタッフの接客は悪くないが、館内の清掃不十分さから終始気分が悪かった。 安さ重視のため仕方ないが、、にしてもひどい宿だった。おばけが出そうで疲れているのに寝付けなかった。 おかげで自宅に帰ってとても清潔で快適に感じることが出来た。

値段の割に微妙でした。 夜飯の配膳、会社の宴会みたいでしたし 隣のお客さんは刺身が最後で怒ってました。朝飯の説明もなく勝手に火をつけられ 中を開けたらベーコン少量急いで卵割りました。別館のラーメンですが､､､。対応が最悪ですね！味も悪いが年末出来てるバイトを邪魔呼ばわり､､､。それなら呼ばなきゃいいのでは？蕎麦湯も出せないしラーメンも不味いこれで商売してる人？ さらにサービス料とるとか謎！ とりあえず不愉快でしたねー。 大浴場はドライヤーが2つしかなくて 場所も遠いしお湯はいいけど 二度と行きたくない
