We love this resort with nice mountain view, The breakfast is very tasty. We will back again for next time. Staff is very helpfull with some problems when booking.

Nice view from the swimming pool”
The location of this hotel isn’t the best as it is located away from retail shop and restaurant and I would recommend people to eat in the hotel restaurant or elsewhere before coming back. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room has heater and aircon to keep you warm during the cold period. The hotel is also near to the cat cat village. Overall, it is a good experience but the price may be abit expensive

Nice place nice room nice view, great accommodation for relax and spend time. The location is a bit far from city center. Women reception was not really helpful with anything. She does not communicate properly and not willingly to explain anything we asked for. For example, we ask if we could buy a breakfast buffet, she answered that we do not sell breakfast buffet, we found out later from other staff that they do sell breakfast buffet. Eg. Other than the reception everything was great.

A lot of steps to climb to get to room. Lucky bellboy will help with the luggage. Nice hotel. But funny they don’t provide complimentary bottled water. Only one person can speak and understand English. So pray you don’t face any problems.

The room was nice and clean, Nice staffs, Nice welcome. They responded for the issues or any requirements quickly. Appreciated !! I stayed here in winter, it's so cold. There is only the bed heater and another one in bathroom. It'll be perfect if there is more of heater in the room.

Really nice view of the hills. We booked a Triple Balcony room with Mountain view. It was a relatively new hotel but somehow the hot water in our room wasn't always working. Great breakfast selection though.

Lovely hotel. A little bit away from the main part of town. Unfortunately, the hotel charged us at the end of our stay on account of a dirty towel (easily washable makeup stain from my partner on a hand towel).

The best choice in Sapa”
I loved this resort. The rooms was very clean and looks wonderful with wide window with mountain view. I stayed at garden view room. However, it also has very good mountain view from the room, balcony and even the restroom. The staff was so helpful for me to solve with my transportation problem. I'll definitely visit again and recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you.

We arrive early in the morning and there're seperate 1 shower room you can use before check-in time. It's very good for us. The day we arrive, pools was cleanning so there's no water..but the staff manage so quick to get the pool done for us within our stay as it's our point to book their. Location is not in the city, so we need to take a taxi around 5 mins. But the room is clean, huge and good view. The staffs cannot speak English so well but they're all willing to help. Great time there!
