The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. The Fansipan station and the Sapa market is just 5 minutes away. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the cleanliness is great.

The room is little small but it serves the purpose. It has balcony outside and a small table + chair. You can enjoy the city view from there. Its also close from the city center.

Pross: View is nice from balcony. Staff is so kind. They can arrange several things, cable car ticket, morter bike, taxi etc, if you want. Cons: Cleaning at balcony was not done. There was rubbish. Room is small but it was ok for me. A bit far from center (but, so the view is good)

Rooms are worth the money they charged for, but in terms of cleanliness it was not up to the mark. Bed sheets were not clean, cots were damaged, full of bed bugs. Staffs were really good, I won't deny that and they also helped to arrange for drop off facility at night to the Sapa Bus Station.

Cold and dirty rooms”
When arriving at this hotel, it was very cold. There were no heaters bar a heated sheet on the bed. The bedding did not seem to be cleaned before we arrived as there were hairs and an earring in the room/bed.

Very dirty”
Cheap and not too inconvenient lication but room was far smaller than pictured and extremely dirty. Pink marks on the bathroom wall, mould and spider webs everywhere, a mysterious patch stuck to the wall and stains on the sheets and towels. Reception man nice and accommodating.

Great view but not so great room!”
This hotel was in a good location (as SaPa is quite small anyway). The view from our balcony was amazing however the room itself wasn’t that great. It got extremely hot at night time and with no fan or air con this made sleeping uncomfortable. Every time we flushed the toilet all the water would spill out the basin at the back and wet the whole bathroom floor which obviously wasn’t ideal. You also have to hold the shower head yourself. The staff were lovely and the guy had good English so that was helpful.

Basic but overpriced ”
We were downgraded to a room without balcony. The room was small and basic, but reasonably clean and with a warm shower. The staff were helpful and loaned us a kettle to make tea. Breakfast was simple but adequate. We stayed at two more comfortable, but cheaper hotels in Sapa.

Weird smell from the bathroom”
The staff here were great. Really friendly. The bathroom in our room had a foul sewage smell that made then entire room smell bad and because of that I wouldn’t stay again. Even keeping the door to the toilet wasn’t enough to contain the smell. The bed sheets and blanket had some stains, so not sure how clean they really were. The staff was really really nice though, and maybe I just had a bad room.
