This hotel ruined our time in Sapa!”
No hot water, heating or air conditioning. The place was therefore damp and freezing cold at night. We had to use a hair dryer to try warm up the room... The staff were also rude, no help and most of the time nowhere to be seen. Our sheets were grubby too, with crumbs in them as if they weren’t clean; then when we got back after a busy day, none of our sheets or towels had been changed - so this confirmed our original worries. Stay somewhere else warm, clean and friendly!

Le personnel est inexistant. Si vous souhaitez une chambre qui ne pue pas l’humidité, veuillez bien avoir une fenêtre vers l’extérieur et non vers le couloir. Aussi, attention à la marche ! Les escaliers sont irréguliers. Ça paraît anecdotique, mais après une journée de trekking ça beaucoup d’importance ^^

Si vous devez rester dans cet hôtel, veillez bien à avoir une chambre avec fenêtre VERS L’EXTERIEUR ! Car une fenêtre sur le couloir, c’est une fenêtre à inconvénients : - Pas d’aération efficace, l’humidité empêchait de bien respirer. - lumière du couloir forte et contraignante la nuit, malgré les rideaux - Sécurité faible puisque quand vous n’êtes pas là, si elle est mal fermée, quelqu’un peut entrer. Enfin, l’eau chaude n’est la que si vous veiller bien à allumer le chauffe-eau 1 à 2 heures avant la douche. Et prévoyez des douches rapides si vous êtes deux. Autant dire qu’après une journée de treck, c’est pas l’idéal !

Kebersihan hotel ini minim sekali”
Hotel ini adalah satu usaha dengan bus Sapa Express dan terang saja, hotel ini satu ruko bangunan dengan Sapa Express. Memudahkan jika kalian perlu menggunakan bus Sapa Express ke Hanoi di jam 7 pagi. Namun kebersihan hotel ini sangat mengecewakan. Di kamar kami, kami menemukan bantal-bantal kami terdapat kotoran cicak, sepertinya tidak dibersihkan setiap hari atau sebelum tamu datang. Lantai ubinnya pun dipel asal-asalan, foto di profil hotel di Agoda mmg benar menunjukkan kamarnya hanya saja aslinya tidak sebersih itu, bangunan dan furniturnya sudah usang dan lembab.
