All good but it could be cleaner”
Very friendly owner. Good sized room. However there were stains on the towels and the sheets. Also breakfast area could have been more tidy. Having said all that, it’s a small business and maybe they are understaffed

Your home in Sapa! ”
This place is one of the most welcoming and friendly places I stayed at. The staff goes the extra mile to make you comfortable. I got a free upgrade to private room when it was free, got offered free tea when it was cold, and the hearth was lit when darkness fell. Breakfast is tasty and offers variety, and services such as scooter rental, laundry, tours, tickets and post, are available at good prices. It is close to central Sapa and all bars and shops, and offers an easy way to get to Fansipan mountain. The rooms are clean, and have all facilities, including a good working hot shower. the rooms get a bit cold overnight, but warm blankets provided. Only downside is that the matras is a tad hard to my taste. overall an amazing warm welcoming place. If you stay in Sapa, please stay here! highly recommended!

Just okay, but not on December”
I traveled to Sapa with girlfriend on December by night bus. It was really cold, so we decided to stay in that hotel to warm up, but we was able to check-in only at 1pm (bus arrived at 6am), so it was a while before we get the room, which was completely cold! Maybe after 1,5h waiting till air-conditioning will heat up the room was just okay. Second disappointment was no enought hot water to take shower for two person , and girlfriend has to finish washing hairs in cold water in cold room... Well is not something you expect from hotel...

The owners are really friendly and very welcoming! They gave me a private room even though i'd only booked a dorm, and thy invited me to have dinner with them which was super sweet of them! Awesome family. I really enjoyed getting to know them! The room was very clean. The wifi was a spotty downstairs but worked fine upstairs.

날씨가 안좋아서 호스텔을 제대로 못 느낀 점도 있지만 가격에 비해 별로 입니다. 3일이 지나도 널어 놓은 빨래가 마르지가 않아요. 하지만 직원들은 정말 친절합니다.
