I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Garden Hotel. The owners and staff were incredibly hospitable and made me and my husband feel like we were part of their family. They even invited us to join them for a warm and festive Christmas dinner, which was a truly memorable experience. The room we stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring all that Sapa has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly and affordable place to stay in Sapa. Stay for 3ds, 2 ns as a solo traveller and the first time to Sapa. Check and search carefully for the right choice of hotel and pointed out SGH. Totally satisfied with the choice as the excellent location (couple hundreds metres to the right central of Sapa town), fully convenient conditions ( even a laptop for guest!) and so dedicated staff, especially Mr. Ánh (the receptionists) with his helpful recommendation about tours, spa, massage and restaurants. Definitely will be back and highly recommend for others to come and stay with Sapa Garden Hotel. Welldone and keep it going, you all would be pass this hard time for sure.

Clean and good location”
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and it was just a short walk to many restaurants and the town (near the stone church). I'll stay here again on my next trip to Sapa.

Sapa is a noisy place. But this hotel is in a quiet corner while also close to the action. The hotel is decorated in good taste. The staff is helpfull. Especially mr Waldo Quang has been extremely helpfull during my visit to Sapa.

Magical Sapa Garden Hotel”
We were welcomed with such warmth and friendliness from Emma. It was a rainy cool day in Sapa and the home brewed cinnamon tea was awesome. This is available to drink 24/7!She quickly settled us in to our amazing room with a mountain and city view. The room was larger than most that we have stayed in in Vietnam. There is plenty of storage space. The bed was super comfy and warm. Aircon great. It was beyond our expectations! The morning Receptionist, Anh was equally helpful and amazing. You breakfast at Sapa Dragon Hotel which is adjacent to the Sapa Garden Hotel(same owners). Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in Vietnam with an amazing variety of options available. The staff at breakfast were fantastic and attentive to our every need. Mr Tom the owner greeted us and chatted with us like we were long lost friends! Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. We loved every minute of our stay there. We would highly recommend this property!

New hotel, fabulous location, excellent staff”
Sapa Gardens is close to the town centre but high enough to enjoy beautiful views across to the mountains and of the towns landscape. The spacious rooms are well fitted out with a comfortable sitting area and modern up to date fittings. We were especially appreciative of the close attention given by the courteous hotel staff. They did everything and more that one might expect, like cleaning our hiking boots after we returned from a trek. The breakfast is very generous and diverse. We commend the hotel staff for their diligence and welcoming manner. We chose to stay several more days at the Sapa Garden rather than move out of Sapa to a nearby village, because of the hotel's facilities, location and the courteous behaviour of the staff and management. We highly recommend this hotel to other visitors to Sapa.

Best hotel in Vietnam!!!”
After 45 days travelling in Vietnam, we must stay this hotel was the best one! We arrived at 3 am in Sapa and they had a room available for us with no extra charge. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and with a nice balcony. Good wifi and hot water. The breakfast was just delicious and with a lot of variety. During our stay there were some electricity problems in Sapa town and the staff made everything they could to compensate that. They offered us a whole dinner at their restaurant, some laundry service, prepared us snacks for our bus trip and arranged the taxi for the bus station, everything free of charge!!! The staff was so nice for us, always helpful and smiling. Amazing value for money hotel that we highly recommend for a stay in Sapa. Thank you Sapa Garden Hotel for this lovely stay :)

It was a fantastic experience staying at Sapa Garden Hotel. Friendliness and Cleanliness sums it all. We stayed in a Family room (me, my wife & 9-yr old daughter) for 2 nighs. Room looked exactly as it was in the pictures. Ahead of our stay, I had sent messages through Agoda app to the property and Mr. Edward was prompt in his responses. Throughout our stay, the entire team was very friendly, polite and very helpful. Right from the time we landed to the time we left, it was a wonderful experience. I can't thank the Sapa Garden Hotel enough for making this a most memorable experience.

It is just a little away from Sunplaza and which is the central point in Sapa. Just 2 or 3 min. walk from the key point but not fussy or crowed. The room was spacios enough for us 2 people and everything in the room was tidy. Breakfast was served in another building which was right in front of SAPA GARDEN HOTEL and we really enjoyed it everymorning during our stay. All the staff in the front desk and also Hoa from breakfast serving section were kind. I could feel that they try to help us in many ways. Anyway thank all of you for our pleasant stay.

Highly Recommended!”
This was a very quick last-minute booking and fortunately I enjoyed my stay! The hotel is located slightly up on a hill - you need to go up the stairs near the station and then up some more on a slight slant. Perhaps not great for those who are disabled or have mobility problems, but then again I suspect you wouldn't be in Sapa if you did? Staff are very professional and the young lady with the glasses (sorry I forgot her name) was very friendly. Very intelligent lady who was able to offer me insight about Sapa and the ethnic minorities (even info like how many of them have access to free education, yet choose not to utilize it). Never had the breakfast as I slept in, but it is provided at the sister hotel across. The room was very spacious (1 large bed, 1 single bed) with tasteful cushions. Ample space to leave personal belongings, a vanity desk and clean bathroom. A very functional and practical room that was kept very well. Would recommend!

Hotel overlooking the city view”
In terms of service, the hotel staff deserved the highest kudos!!! The staff ensure that the needs of the guests are well taken care of. My room has a very nice view of the mountain and the city and is very clean. The daily breakfast at the co-owned Sapa Dragon Hotel is really excellent and has good variety. The only drawback is some people might find it hard to climb a flight of stairs in going up to the hotel but otherwise, this hotel is highly recommended for guests staying in Sapa.

This hotel located in Sapa city is highly recommended! The room was clean and spacious with a nice mountain view. Breakfast to be taken opposite hotel was great. The staff provided fantastic customer service during the entire stay. They provided with shoes cleaning service after trekking and even a shower before leaving for our train ride back to Hanoi. Cam on to Anh, Edward, Emma and all the hotel staff for a memorable stay!

My second stay at Sapa Garden, tidy hotel with great views from balcony rooms and suites (don't book inner rooms without window). Good breakfast at sister hotel over the road, polite and helpful staff. Very good value for money.

Great Friendly Hotel”
Staff (Tien & Emma) could speak English well and service was excellent. Room was clean, bright and cheery, beds were comfy and bathroom fittings were relatively new and all working well. It had all the pros of a good class hotel. The only con was the steep flight of steps to climb up to the upper road leading to the hotel from beside the Sapa Express Bus station. This climb up and down was more difficult due to the rain which caused the surrounding steps and roads to be muddy because of the construction works for the huge building in front of the Bus station and the heavy trucks going up and down the slopes.

I can’t say enough about this hotel and the entire staff! The room was perfect. Very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the complimentary tea and coffee that were offered upon check in were delicious. I have traveled extensively in SE Asia and this is one of my favorite hotels. It’s categorized more as a budget hotel but I disagree. I would definitely stay here again if ever returning to Sapa!

Located conveniently in the town of Sapa, check-in staff was more than pleasant and helpful in every way he could be. The room was big and clean, and the best part of the stay was the comfortable bed! Our balcony was also facing a fantastic view of Sapa (great for sunset and sunrise). Breakfast was alright, had our fill as there was no other guest around. A pity that we were only there for a night.
