Many thanks
Good location”
Pros: The manager / front desk staff was nice and very helpful. The room was spacious. Bathroom has an enclosed shower (but its step-free so the floor still get wet). Good location, just a little walk (if you don’t mind walking on the street, cuz of no footpath) to the town square, the stone church, Sun Plaza and restaurants. Cons: Poor breakfast. Food in chafing dishes were mislabeled and not warmed. Surely they can do better. Bathroom layout was not very efficient, but this seemed to be case for most budget hotels in rural towns in Vietnam.

Quite ok”
the road in front of the hotel is being fixed so it's really dirty and hard to catch taxi. I booked the deluxe room with mountain view however the view is hidden by the opposite hotel so that you can't see the valley so the money paid for the view is worthless. The facility is just acceptable. The only plus point is the location of the hotel, only 5' walk to the night market

Amazing views ”
Amazing Views from 3rd floor above, firm bed with a balcony. English knowledge of the staff very limited to not at all. Breakfast not good. Next to a bar and noisy roads till like midnight.

Cleanliness”
Only location near to sapa station. Bed sheet tainted. Ask to make up the room but never do.

Professional hotel worth every penny”
The hotel has professional service in the way they nicely arranged a room at high floor per our request and sent a confirmation email for our information in advance. The room is exactly the same as the photos with excellent view over the hills. One plus side is the sitting area which is well positioned with a view:) The hotel is clean and all the equipments function well. This is a well situated hotel - at the center Sapa and just on the way to Ta van - Lao Chai villages. Also, it is just opposite the Sapa Paradise restaurant which we had excellent local Vietnamese dinner with reasonable price. The breakfast however is acceptable with very standard dishes. However, the street in front of th hotel is quite small. In addition, when we arrived, there is a construction site near the hotel which caused traffic jam and noise. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with professional staff and good location.

Great Stay at Sapa Hills Hotel After Few Nights in Homestay”
After staying in a homestay in the nearby villages, Sapa Hills Hotel was a little slice of heaven. We had a really comfortable stay for one night. They placed in their only room on the top floor which was a few steps away from their rooftop deck where you can sit overlooking the beautiful valleys below. It is towards the end of town which made it a lot quieter and farther away from all the pesky streets hagglers. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Sapa and wanting to stay in town.

Perfect spot in Sa Pa”
The Sapa Hills Hotel is only 6 months old so we were delighted with a clean, modern room with a big shower, an ambient makeshift fireplace, a beautiful balcony overlooking the foggy hills and a large cozy bed. The buffet breakfast had a decent spread and the rooftop dining area is spectacular! This is the best area to stay in Sa Pa, the heart of town around the lagoon doesn't have anywhere near as good views and we generally found the hilly part of town more charming and bustling. You won't regret your stay here!

Good location, friendly staff, view of the mountain. Not as great as in the pictures but still good”
We were very happy with our stay , the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. They had decently priced activities to offer (trekking etc) and the location was very central and close to lots of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. A bit of construction around the hotel, but not too noisy. The terrace and restaurant on the premises looked very abandoned, but lots of places nearby that offer these facitlities. A bit more weathered than it looked in the pictures. However very clean and we got what we paid for. Good breakfast (very standard ) but we always had more than enough ! Thank you Sapa Hills .

Nice room with mountain view”
What i like the most about this hotel is the room with mountain view. The view was indeed so beautiful. The other parts were general, no complaints for that. The receptionist couldn't speak English really well, but she was nice and tried her best to assist and to introduced us some places to visit in Sapa. The breakfast wasn't so good, but it was okay to fill your belly in the morning. The price was reasonable as well. So, overall this hotel is great. But one thing to remember, never ask them to call a taxi for you. The price is higher three times from the taxi you stop on street.

good value, buen precio!”
We booked for 1 night and extended more 1 night. The hotel room & service, breakfast were perfect. Except the bus Thanh Hung, we booked, from Sapa to Ha Noi, was terrible. The quality of autobus is going down, like 10years, they didn't take a break time during the trip were rude to me and my wife, the driver Shouted to my wife when she stucked her shoes in the box. Just an advisor: don't book Thanh Hung Bus anymore

Good spot to stay”
This is a nice small hotel/guesthouse: with fantastic views if it isn't cloudy and foggy of course. I had a room on the 4th floor and it was quiet, large and well equipped with a nice sitting area with a sofa, looking out at the (mostly non-existent) view. Good breakfast and helpful and friendly staff - offering a shower for an early arrival off the train and arranging travel as well. It is on a busy street but all of Sapa is loud and busy: and it isn't noisy at night. Recommended.

Good”
Sapa Hills Hotel is a cozy hotel situated just a 15 minute walk away from the Sa Pa Cathedral area. We stayed for 5d4n in the mountain view rooms. The rooms are generally clean and spacious, and the room service and cleaning is top notch (even better service than what i've experienced in some 5 star hotels. However, the carpet is a little old and the toilet has very weak pressure and clogs quite often. There was also a constant smell of raw meat in the lobby and level 2. The rooftop patio is very nice with an awesome view. There are a number of restaurants along the same road as Sapa hills hotel, but I will recommend going a little further for better food. Checking in and out was easy. There is also a small wait area which is actually a bar if you need to check out before your transport arrives. They are very accommodating and have very warm service!

Friendly and helpful staff ”
Location is right at the lively but cosy street. We've got a room facing the hills, with a tiny balcony, so it's quite a view. You get to also look at the busy street right down below the balcony. The hotel also does motorbike rental at a reasonable rate for you to scoot around town and the mountain. Easy and convenient! Well recommended place indeed

Very pleasantly surprised, best hotel for the price by a long shot”
Listen up mofos, this place is top notch for the solo or couple traveller, the price is less than a hostel in Europe and you get essentially a three/four star hotel with a balcony and Mountain View, AC and heater, en-suite and free breakfast and daily water etcetc, only thing missing was a slap on the asscheeks as I waved goodbye! Excellent place.

Very Good”
Location was good, within walking distance to the main square and eateries. Booked a mountain view room and the view was rewarding. Best part was the customer service by the receptionists. Despite their poor English, we could see that they tried their best and we give them a thumbs up!! Only downside is a lot of construction going on beside the hotel but still giving a thumbs up!
