The things we love about the hotel: Great location (near lake, resto, banks, grocery stores, and just walking distance to sapa center), very affordable, comfortable bed, clean and spacious room (I was anxious at first because I thought we went to the wrong room because it is literally too big) i, it was very cold during our stay in Sapa (too good they have heater), hot water, very kind and accomodating staffs (a staff speaks good english and others uses translating app), Great view on the room balcony . We cant describe how satisfied we are in our stay. We even extended our stay for another day because we literally fell in love in Sapa town. We will surely be back in Sapa and stay in this hotel again. Thank you very much. 🥰 Our expectations were exceeded. What we dont like: we left, thats what we're sad about. 😂 We wanna stay longer.

Best Hotel with excellent service ”
10 stars for this hotel! Price is affordable, and the staffs are very helpful, polite and kind. They let us check in very early as we reach at midnight. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is tasty with different fruits everyday 😁 We even watch World up live together, they welcome you with warm hearted! After we check out, we missed our taxi, the staffs help us to call our taxi come back to get us and help to bring our luggage into the taxi. Really excellent service!! Definitely will stay in this hotel if come to Sapa again! Highly recommended hotel 👍

Everything my Hanoi hotel lacked...”
For some reason Sapa Memory Hotel looked like a close relative to my Hanoi hotel - but everything the "city brother" lacked, this one had - and it was very good. Room was significantly bigger. Bathroom - too. It was cleaner too and looked newer - probably because in Sapa it's seeing way less guests, compared to the hotel in the capital. Comfortable bed, great wifi (mobile internet in Sapa is not the best), location - about 5 minutes from the center of Sapa... When I come back to Sapa, I will definitely be glad to stay in the same hotel again.

Budget hotel ”
it's very noisy when there are people talking , walking or vehicle passing by. In term of cleanliness, yes, it is. The staff not good in english but still try to communication to cater my need through google translation. Thumbs up to the staff. Just that the environment i don't really find suitable for me who like peaceful sleep.

Great hotel”
Absolutely loved our time at Sapa Memory. The hotel was clean, great rooms in a quiet central location. One of the best aspects was Ngo on the front desk. He went out of his way to help us arrange transport and then gave us his number so that when we were out and about we could contact him if we had any difficulties. Thank you Ngo your hotel is fortunate to have you representing it. We recommended this hotel to everyone we met.

My passport left ”
The receptiont did not give back my passport after my kid turn back the key room. I realised my passport left at memory sapa hotel after we reached Ha Noi. My son called the manager and he said he was out the hotel and will informed us today. The receptionist at my hotel in Ha Noi helped us to called him but the manager of sapa memory hotel again said that he was out of the hotel and he want to take a rest and he don't want to distracted. Very poor attitude!!! As a hotel manager, he should contact the hotel, who ever the person in charge there and arrange to send my passport by bus early this morning. My son try to recall him again just now but he not pick up the call. And we are going back to Indonesia tomorrow afternoon

BEDS WERE AMAZING”
Loved this hotel it’s in a great location with no noise from the streets. Vietnam’s tends to love a hard bed but this were like a cloud it was a lovely break from a stiff mattress. Heated air con is a must because the room would be cold if not but it does the trick. I would of gave staff 5 but the maid left our bedroom door open one day so that’s why it’s a 4. No other complaints. Lights on dimmers were great too :)

Small hotel, close to the main town centre”
The manager allowed us to check-in early and free of charge. The friendly receptionist upgraded us to a family room, which was superior to the room I paid for. The hotel is close to the tourist area, but it wasn't subjected to noise. Everything was walking distance. Everything worked well in our room!

Construction work next door”
Staff were nice enough, and it was just a short walk from the centre of town. We ended up leaving a day early, partly because there was construction work going on next door which began at 6.45am, and it was incredibly loud. This, however, was no fault of the hotels. Perhaps they could have asked them to stop seen as though it was so early? The second reason we left early was nothing to do with the hotel. Sapa wasn’t for us at all.

Great value accommodation with excellent staff”
We would definitely recommend as really good value, clean accommodation in a great, quiet location to explore Sa Pa. The staff were excellent helping us to plan activities, organising connecting buses for us, storing our bags after check out, and friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
