The meneger wasn't really with meaning s to help, the towers ant facilities wasn't clean and really not high level. The breakfast was nice and other staff was fine. Not worth the money and not hotel 3 stars. For gesthous it's fine.

Worst stay in Asia so far!”
Me and my partner have been travelling round Asia for a few months now but this has to be our worst stay! The fact this place is called hotel is laughable- the service, facility and staff had no hotel quality! To start the room looked nothing like the photos and was very run down, the mattress was particularly bad which had gone grey and was full of holes. What’s worse is that we struggled to sleep each night and were woken every morning in the early hours due to staff and the staffs children who stay at property shouting and running round downstairs. Furthermore the breakfast included situation is rather poor. We do not express five star in Asia but this was bad. Situated in the hotel lobby, each morning we had to clear a table to sit down and then try to find a member of staff for a menu. The options were limited but average it just wasn’t great the cups were not very clean. However on the last day this was made worse when we were told the only option was chicken soup, we argued we did not want this and they eventually made us eggs begrudgingly. Overall we really did not enjoy our stay here and would not recommend, staff were rude and facilities were not pleasant!

First night we spent the night in a room without a Window. The climate wasn't really good, we can't recommend! At the next day we changed the room. We got a room with window and it was rma really good stay. Clean room, nice climate! Food downstairs in the restaurant ( breakfast and dinner). Good food. The owner was really helpful, he managed our trekking tour and this wasn't too expensive. The price was really good. Nice local guide, well-speaking English. I can just recommend!

Chambre propre mais humide. Petits dej vraiment pas terribles. Les propriétaires sont gentils en apparence mais n hesitent pas a mentir pour nous vendre un trek et nous detourner du notre. si cela vous arrive, ne le croyez pas lorsquil vous dira que les guides locaux nont pas le droit de faire de treck avec les touristes. De plus, ils ne reversent qu'1 tiers de la somme au guide qui fait tout le boulot. honteux. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons voulu booker 1nuit supplémentaire et le prix a subitement augmenté, il a refusé que nous bookiions sur Agoda pretextant quils navaient plus de chambres. Il a fini par nous dire quil ne restait que 2chambres et quil voulait les louer plus cher !!! incroyable!
