Great stop over hotel close to Almaty Airport”

The hotel staff gave a warm welcome. I requested a pick-up from the hotel. A taxi was sent at a decent price.(2000KZT) Not very far from the hotel which makes it a great place for short stop over. Price was manageable. Quality for price was very satisfactory.

Nice hotel with swimming pool”

there is pretty big swimminh pool outside though it had no water due to not so hot weather. stayed just one night between transfer flights, so liked that it's close to the airport. about 30 mins to the center (what taxi driver said). transfer booked by hotel is on time & with comfort on mercedes)). breakfast is good though not so big. also what good - check-out time is flexible - you always get room for 24 hrs from check-in time, just remember to let them now when you expect to arrive!!

Cozy hotel in a quit neighbourhood”

Great hotel for independent traveller. Pool and good restaurant.Location far away from center. Bus connection 100m from entrance. Some local restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. Good breakfast.

From their photos on web looks like a nice villa and green grass around the hotel, but acctualy is not what I thought. People here are very kind with smile most time and will to help visitor. Regular breakfast is ok if inquiry is not so much. Security of location is not good according to local people, I am told do not go around outside alone. Room is made by wood, maybe this reason, it is noisy in night, i got a busy neighbor in the first night I stay. Wi-Fi is free, but limited by 50GB/day, for mail it is enough. Sheet is clean, bed is comfort. Anyhow its rate is lower in this city, if one or two nights stay is one of option.

The hotel very cosy and a great place to stay in. Near the green bazaar.Also not far from airport. But the location bad because far from city center. Not convinient unless got your own transport. But overall is value for money because the hotel 4 star rating justified and also more cheap compare to other 4 star hotel located at city center.

was stay there for 3 nights . nothing much you can except with the cheapest rates. standard room and normal breakfast.location is quit far from the city but still manage to get transport arrange by hotel for any activities. overall is still value what you paid.will think twice if want to recomend to my friends.

I stay here for flight overlays”

It is easy to get to from airport if you can find a taxi that is a reasonable price. I would stay here again; it it not close to downtown though. But it is good value for money when waiting for connecting flights.

Located about 10 mins, from the airport”

Asked for wakeup call but never got the call. Took 10 minutes before the shower water became hot. Apart from that hotel ok for a stop-over.

Dishonest staff”

We should be careful when you make settlement. The lady tried to overcharge me. I asked bill for the charge and reluctant to do asking my email address where she would send the bill later. It was a really funny situation and very bad. Guest should be very careful with this hotel.

Loud at night ”

The hotel itself is nice and the staff are friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The only negative was I couldn't sleep because of the noise. There is some kind of sports facility right next door and they were incredibly loud well into the late hours of the night. For sensitive sleepers, I'd recommend a quieter locations.

街の中心まで遠い。タクシーで20~30分、2000円ぐらいかかります。やたらと大きな街だから仕方がないでしょうか。それ以外は英語も通じる、部屋も清潔でお洒落、（ロフトまである）満足度の高いホテルでした。

空港の送迎をしてくれ、非常に助かった。部屋は広く快適だった、ネット環境もよく、夏になればとてもいいところだと思う。 ちょうどシーズンＯＦＦの時期でホテルのレストランが開いてなく 外のレストランに行った。とてもおいしかった
