Staff were very helpful. Nice room nice food. Prepared packed lunch for our early trip so that we did not miss our breakfast.

Beautiful location, Excellent staff, but double check room status”
The service here was amazing, with staff very pleased to help. Onset was clean and refreshing. However we booked non smoking room- only to find we were put on a smoking floor- which meant strong odor as soon as we entered floor and our room even more so. Staff were unable to relocate us, and being in a less busy area- alternative rooms was not possible. This was a small thing, but impacted our family’s stay greatly.

Was way farther from the city than we realized. Our cab fare was $100 yen. We ended up only staying one night because of remote location. But room was generous, staff very nice and the baths were beautiful and very well appointed.

お風呂は大きく露天風呂はお湯の温度高めで硫黄の匂いが心地よく内風呂もちょうど良い温度でゆっくり浸かることができた。 朝には男湯と女湯がかわったのでまた違うお風呂に入れてよかった。 夕食は掘りごたつの一家族ごとに部屋になっていて、中居さんが順番に運んでくれゆっくり味わえた。お鍋のお肉もおいしかったが出汁がとてもおいしかった。 朝食もたくさんの小鉢で目で楽しめた。 生ビールがプレモルのマイスターで大満足。 女将さんがお土産から帰りの送りまで見届けてくださり写真をとってくれた。終始笑顔で見送ってもらえました。とても味のあるいい旅館です。
