Excellent”
The room was very clean, the view was good and it was very comfortable. However, we were going to stay in Scenic Valley, but it was a bit disappointing to find not in Scenic Valley but in Green Valley when we checked in. I also wanted to know in advance how to check in.

Difficult to review as good”
Was asked to share an apartment with another group when I specifically booked a single apartment stay by myself ,was not happy but could not refuse at that time. Nice enough host but forgot to provide me with a towel for my stay which made my bath challenging. I found that having the owners old clothes in the closet strange and did not bother to hang my clothes there .Other than that the room was decent and the facilities was good .

Hi Lam, You stayed 6, 7 person in 2 bedroom apartment, it broke our policy and you lost our key and card without payment. Next time we'll limit your person and can not accept this. It's unacceptable. Alex
great location but poor facilities”
the location is close to everything such as shops...but the place was not clean when check in. Floor was dusty. Kitchen under sink cupboard got dust and stain. bathroom slide drawers got water in them. Limited kitchenware such as kitchen knife, cutting board, serving spoons, folks, knives which makes a bit difficult to cook and serve food. No sponge to wash dishes with. No drinking bottled water provided. The place isn't got clean daily but only every 2nd day. Beds are a bit hard for the back, not comfortable for a good night sleep. Not happy with the stay. I would not recommend the place for travellers who like to cook their own food....

Nice room but worst landlord”
The first day we stayed in the room, it was fine. But the internet doesn't work and the electric power was tripped off in the everning. The second day, my boss decided to stay one more night. The landlord told us it is 120USD for extra night and gave us a new room to stay. Our purpuse to HoChiMinh was attending a exhibition show at SECC. I have a apointment with my customers around 18:30 after show, so I inform landlord for the payment of the second day. He asked me to wait for him for an hour. I could not wait that longer due to the bad traffic in HoChiMinh. Then the nightmare started!!! The landlord keep asking me for the payment from 8~12pm. Even he threated me that he will call the security to let us leave. I said another option is you can come at 7am in the morning, he refue it. I did make the reservation by using Agoda for the first day, and I payed USD cash for the second day. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! The room is great but the landlord is very bad. NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Hi Mr. KUAN, We could say you was quite thoughtless when said that. You told us that you didn't stay in the apartment. You were drinking beer in Bui Vien street - District 1 (we're in district 7 that time). You told me that I had to take a cab to you to get money. It's quite late 9:00 pm- 10:pm and we had many thing to do. You declined to give us the staying people passport while you were not staying person. When we told you do payment before they left (4:00am tomorrow), you were angry and lost control. Why didn't you come back to payment but we have to come? We're been already waiting all the daytime. You came back here in drunk appearance and yelling at 3:00am? It's not to blame if you're drunk, but it's to blame if you're drunk but out of control Alex - manager

Good : Good condition house except for the worst Bad : I was uncomfortable when I was staying at the house because i was asked me to show that house. If owner wants to show that property to a real estate agent for rent, it needs to show it when you do not have a guest or when the the house is empty.

Spacious apartment with good Wifi, laundry machine, towels and kitchen. Everything was very satisfying except the equipment of the kitchen, which could have a few more cups, plates and stuff you need for cooking a small meal. However, since there are many small restaurants and booths as well as a 24/4 supermarket around, the stay was very convenient!

구조가 좋은 아파트 그러나...”
몇가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면, 거실 장 안과 바깥에 주인의 짐들이 쌓여 있습니다. 그리고 거실 테이블에 사용하는 컴퓨터 장비들이 있어 게스트는 테이블 이용이 어려운 상태입니다. 5일간 소파같은 것도 없이 가족들과 지내긴 조금 불편하네요. 청소 상태가 아쉽습니다. 벽면과 천정엔 작은 벌레와 거미줄들이 있고, 몇개있는 거울들이 오래된 더러움이 있어 닦아달라 부탁을 해도 계속 그 상태더군요. 청소하러 오시는 분이 영어가 한마디 안통해 어려움이 조금 있었습니다. 게스트가 있는데도 노크도 없이 문을 열고 들어오거나 또는 다른 물건을 가지러 와서 저희가 쉬는 걸 방해하기도... 주방에 비치된 그릇이나 가전 제품이 너무 없어 식사 준비가 어렵습니다. 그 흔한 전자렌지나 케틀(물 끓이는 주전자)도 없고, 머그도 2개밖에 없어서... 아침 식사를 위해 지정된 식당의 위생이 좀..., 주문한 아침 식사에 반갑지않은 벌레가 있어서 모두 식사를 멈췄던 기억도 있습니다. 그러나 우리를 맞이해 숙소를 처음 소개해 주었던 알렉스는 친절하고 착한 분 같았습니다.

도착 이틀 전 일방적 취소 요청 후 일부 환불만 해줌.”
집주인이 코로나 때문에 단기 숙박을 받지 않겠다고 도착 이틀 전에 메일을 보냈더군요. 황당했지만 그럼 빨리 환불해주고 근처 호텔을 달려달라고 했습니다. 처음에는 주인이 그렇게 하겠다고 하더니 알았다고 하고는 호텔 추천은 해주지 않고, 금액을 아고다 수수료를 뺀 일부만 계좌로 보내주더군요. 그래서 왜 그렇게 보냈냐고 제가 아고다 결제 금액을 캡처해서 보내니 그게 자기가 아고다에서 받은 금액이라고 하면서 제 카드 결제 금액을 보여주면 나머지를 보내겠다고 하더군요. 너무 황당해서 빨리 해결해달라고 연락하니 작은 금액인데 왜 자꾸 연락하냐며 불친절하게 응대하기에 정말 불쾌했습니다. 그래도 상대 않고 환불 받고 정리하려고 했는데 카드 결제 금액을 보냈음에도 않았다고는 하고 아직까지 보내지 않고 연락하니 오케이하고 전화를 끊어 버리네요. 정말 불쾌하고 황당한 상황입니다.

직원이 들어온다는 얘기를 못들었지만 마음대로 들어올 수 있는 숙소. 업무로 간거라 짐과 돈을 늘어놓고 다녔는데 사백불 분실함. 이상하다 했었는데 업무로 나가있는 시간에 직원이 왔다갔다 한다고함. 미리 말해줬으면 돈을 숨겨놨을텐데 체크아웃 전날에 알려줌 ㅎㅎ 증거는 없지만 여기 갈일이 있다면 귀중품 숙소에 두고 다니지마세요

Because some customers put much money around the floor, it stimulate staff greedy. You know, people can not be the same truthfulness. And we can not put a camera inside the apartment, so we don't have evidence to tell them. And the cleaners have right to come to clean the apartment. Some customers ask for cleaning, some none Even we open an immediately meeting right after to ask for this problem. But you should be careful where put money or tell us no need to clean in advance.
