Great Stay”
The resort was large, clean, so peaceful and relaxing. Perfect hideaway either solo or in a group. Location is also very accessible, near shops and the main road.

Recommended for relax stay”
We stayed with children and senior citizens and everyone enjoyed the stay. We had the resort to ourselves during that weekend. Pool was deep for the small children, good thing we brought floaters. Beach is rocky but still managed to get a good dip. Staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. we'll definitely return.

Very nice stay.”
I stayed in one of the bigger rooms with a view of the sea. It was quite large and very well furnished. I loved it. I also loved the food they serve, exceptionally good. It costs it little more to stay here, but is more than worth it.

Succulent food in the ideal resting place”
Contrary to what this reviewer had deduced from the picture above, this is a big and luxurious resort. As a long-time Dumaguete resident, this reviewer feels entitled to say that the food here is better than in town. If you stay here, you don’t have to travel to town in the hope of finding better food. We stayed for four nights. We were not disturbed, as is the norm in this archipelago even in the big cities, any morning from 4 a.m. onward by any cock crowing. Yes, this is the ideal resting place

Great views, spacious rooms”
Views of Apo island and thr beach were very relaxing. The resort itself was surrounded by various plants and trees. Good place to relax and unwind. Food choices was a bit limited but was overall good. A bit unfortunate that there were some guest who checked in late and caused some noise in the corridors. Otherwise, it was a pleasant time.

Bring cash, very few ATMs in Dauin and not always operational. Many places don't take credit card, few that do charge 3% additional

The resort is amazing except for some things that could use some improvement. Rooms do not have a phone or intercom to call for room service or to contact desk personnel. Most lightings are turned off at night which is a problem when you return from a night out in Dumaguete . The place is practically in total darkness. Not even decent lighting of the path walks going to the rooms. Food can be improved too. Very accommodating staff. I think resort operation has been affected by the pandemic and will be eventually operating at a level that will satisfy all their guests.

We were the only guest in the resort.”
Enjoyed being the only guests checked in that weekend. Also, booked 2 rooms and it was a surprise that they can be connected via a common door so it felt like we book a very big room. Food is okay, quite pricey so we opted to eat out on some meals. Pool and rooms are clean. Beach is quite rocky but was still able to take a dip. Overall pleasant experience.

Very satisfied with our visit to Sea Dreams. Excellent food and service. Only criticism is no gift shop to purchase trinkets with Sea Dreams logo to commemorate our trip. Overall experience was very pleasing.

The rooms looked waaay better in person than in the pictures because of the high ceiling. We got the standard room and it was still very spacious even after we added an extra bed. The place was also very clean(we're very particular in this area). We loved it so much we're coming back this July and October with our families. Our only suggestion would be to add a bidet and lights in the cabinet and maybe a hairdryer. 😊

Beach Side”
Good property however, some things are overpriced. But, for the most part very good resort, excellent snorkeling right off the property at the little marine sanctuary. Good private car or van that can be rented for airport transfers ad reasonably priced. Friendly accommodating staff with good facilities.

Excellent”
Excellent resort with great swimming pool. If you're a beach person, you'll be disappointed - no sand and lots of rock, though with some reef shoes, you could snorkel OK. They do support dive trips, with a fully outfitted dive and snorkel shop that rents everything. Meanwhile, this is in Dauin - about 20 minutes south of Dumaguete proper. I picked it largely for that exact reason, so it was what we wanted - out of the way, quiet, and not a big problem to get downtown when we needed to. I'm an experience Philippine traveler, so I'm accustomed to using tricycles and chartering vans to get around. If you're not, the resort will help you set up their van, though I found their prices to be a bit more expensive than by going directly to a van service myself. (I used Rogr travel services). Very nice restaurant with moderately upscale food selections, nicely presented.
